This place was great when it was managed by Chamberlain & Associates but now that it is under new management; it has turned into a place where your needs/concerns aren't a priority.
New management is conducted by Cushman & Wakefield effective 9/1/21. Talk is cheap and they have done quite a bit of talking of how they will make the residency valuable but when they don't follow-through on maintenance issues or allowing the payment of rent online; it is time to search for another place to live. I'm not going to give my money to a management company who takes their tenants for granted.

I called to rent an apartment, they told me to come and check the place as they will have available unit and I need to pay a holding fee. I drove myself all the way there and a very unwelcoming ugly lady tells me there are no available units until december. She started blaming me why I dont have the name of the person that told me there will be available units, instead of blaming herself for being unwelcoming. I will never rent in this place after I saw that person.

Solano Pointe i didnt expect it to be so quiet here the complex is nice and clean theres 2 pools and a large parking lot. The apartments are nice n cozy and the neighbors are nice as well. Plus this complex is near a gas station a little shopping plaza actually theres 2 plazas anything you need os nearby and walking distance if u like to walk. I give this apartment complex 5 Stars for being a peaceful clean place to live!!!

This place is roach infested, management doesn't care to fix or maintain suitable living situations for a $900 1bed 1bath unit. Maintenance refused to do there job unless we call the corporate office. If you like bugs and a dirty layout without proper management this is paradise for you. You just maybe a dirty tenant enjoy!! P.s they wont let you change your lease once you have signed; just do the six months not the year. (Currently waiting for my lease to be up)

This review is based on the quality of service I received from day one of considering these apartments as my next place to live. The ladies in the front office were so kind, patient, and pleasant. They were honest and straightforward with answering all of my questions, and after viewing the model, I knew what to expect for the unit I was interested in. Front office staff got back to me with my application status in about 3days which is impressive as it was also a rent collection week which gets REALLY busy! I truly wish I could give Solano Pointe negative stars. It’s incredibly overpriced for the things you have to deal with. Don’t expect anything to be done about noise complaints, etc. The grounds are typically dirty and there’s nothing stopping anyone coming in and roaming/doing whatever tf they want. I really did try to give this place a chance but quite honestly you wont be respected as a tenant. It’s not worth the stress or money. Because of the issues I’ve had/continue to have I’m in the process of breaking lease. At this point Id rather destroy my credit and be out of the money
