Cassandra was so helpful with our move in, she made the process so much easier for my first move in. She walked me through the process of paying rent and the light box. She helps with any issues with the apartment.

Very Rude Leasing agent ! As i was was walking to open the door to the leasing office . She locked the door on me and turned the closed sign in my face . @11:25 am

Think it funny how people in this apartment have no respect for others..especially if Amazon or any other place is doing a drop off and accidentally dropped it off some where else in the apt complex by accident good luck getting it back!! It's OK what comes around goes around honey!!

Nice place, one problem, maybe even more, there are so many roaches in the apartments, and when i contact the office when there is a problem or something wrong with anything in the apartment, it takes 2+ weeks for a maintenance man to come and fix it, i give this place 3 stars, those two things that i displayed are the only thing wrong.

I've live here for 3 years and the best thing these apt have is maintenance especially Sebastian when I have a issue with something he always fixes it in a timely manner very professional and listens to what the issue is. He doesn't rush or do quick fix. Overall 4 stars just because of maintenance😊

The driveway into the complex seems like it will damage a suspension. There was an extreme amount of trash on the side of the dumpsters that seem to invite an infestation of rodents etc.

These apartments are so poorly managed. The littering is horrible!! No wonder there are so MANYYY stray cats. Management never wants to do anything to keep this a well maintained property. The front office are extremely rude and not helpful at all!! They need to fire everyone and get people who actually care about the property and residents. The apartments themselves, are outdated. These apartments could have the potential to be great, if they got rid of the staff even down to the manager because she is no help at all and twice as rude. The guy is rude as well. Whatever his name is. RUDE RUDE RUDE

I have been living in these apts for 3 years and for the past year its just been getting worse starting with management not helpful at all you go with an issue and they are always rude and never resolve anything there answer always is call corporate and talk to them! There is a serious scorpion problem there's stray cats everywhere and not to mention the trash it is ALWAYS! Overflowing I cant wait to move out! See for your self this is my everyday drive and no one does anything about it!
