I see people complaining about the prices being high but if you go in Zillow right now the average price for apartment is 1100 to 1300 a month.
Here you don't have problems that you do at other complex's with the staff. If your late as long as they see an effort to pay they will work with you . They for also spray
insects every Tuesday (optional).
Club house and now a gym will be available hours during business hours soon.
Everything's well taken care of ingeneral plus move ins fast.
The inside is clean comes with fully functional dishwasher and wahers dryer .

Hi I just want to say that this community is grand. I have been a resident for three years. The staff is very nice and easy to communicate with. When you need something done it gets done no waiting. Well kept up property far as the pools, fitness center, clean parking lot, professional cut grass, to the community lounge. Also I must add the fact since I been here have yet to see any bugs. So if you looking for a clean peaceful, respectable, friendly place to live then Connect on Northren is the place to be.

I was checking out Apartments online and I seen the reviews were not too bad. I went to look at the apartments this morning...as I drove thru I noticed about literally 20 bags of trash rite in the yard of the apartments gross🤮 ! If they keep the apartments like that on the outside I would hate to see how they maintenance the inside of their units. This is definitely a pass for me. 👎

I would say I’m really lucky that I stopped by connect on Northern apartment and I talk to Paula made my move-in happen
she help me out with paperwork and she showed me the apartment
everything went super easy for me and Apartment was ready in less than one week Christina the manager she’s awesome person she make sure everything is good and ready
Very quiet neighborhood those people I’m feeling I’m home
I highly recommend to people whoever wants to move and do this and never hesitate

Just moved into this apartments ,location is great the 2girls in the office are very nice Paola and Christina are very friendly and they both always greet you as you walk in , is always good to know I can be helped in my own lenguaje ,Paola always explains everything in Spanish, Having bilingual staff is always a plus , Paola helped me and answered all my questions .THIS STAFF ARE THE BEST !

I have been living here for seven months and I have to say I am truly happy with the service the staff provides. The grounds are always clean, the staff is always helpful, and it is in a safe neighborhood. I put in a work order the other day and Cristina assured me it would get done that day, and sure enough, it was!

Poor customer service. I was forced to go over a week with half power in my unit, NO HEAT I was so cold. I asked for help multiple times. It took them forever to come out and diagnose. The manager even disrespected me and insisted I pay my full SRP bill.! Which I paid on time might I add.!
After the disrespect and games a tech finally came out and found out a circuit blew but by that time it was Friday so I had to wait until Monday for repair. Yet no compensation was given to me for my troubles, they wanted their full rent .!

Shalum and thank you to Conect on Northern staff for being kind and helpful. Thank you to Levi and the maintenance staff for taking care of all my needs of repairs. My advice: 1) Pay your rent in a timely manner; 2) treat the staff with respect and always greet with a kind hello; 3) treat your neighbors within your surrounding unit with respect and keep your dwelling clean. Connect on Northern is a nice place to reside.

If I could do no stars I would!! The apartment was infested with roaches. I asked no BEGGED to get my children out of there and told me It would cost close to $5000 in fees(making it impossible)to break my lease. So I literally paid every month on time and counted down the months til o left. I paid to have the apartment cleaned including professional carpet cleaners and they still stole my $1050.00 deposit and are charging me $200 on top of that for "repairs". I was charged $281 for painting(which they have to paint between residents)which I matched the paint and touched the whole apartment
