Our apartment had a flood, and they charged us for the damage and we paid 2,000 dollars For it and now that we're moving out they want to charge us for replacing the carpet, however the carpet was in the condition it was due to flood and we already paid those fee so I don't understand why they are charging us again! this whole apartments management is a scam!

UPDATE! I lived in this place for 2 and let me tell you this year has been HELL. They are allowing any and anyone move into this complex. I've had neighbors just move in and their kids have stolen almost all of kids toys off of my porch, I've caught them trying to break into other peoples cars. They are always taking trash and leaving it outside the front yard areas. It's just GHETTO! Also the people in the office used to be nice people but every complaint I've emailed them regarding the neighbors and what's going on they ignored every single email they never did anything

I have been here for a year and a half and for 3 of those months I have been able to park in my "assigned parking spot." However, due to the man hole issue they are having near my covered spot I have been unable to park in my spot. Since the project started I have been in the uncovered parking near my appt where there are no lights for sometime without complaint. It's when my neighbor attempted to steal one of my vehicles from the parking lot when I started to become concerned and soon after my catalytic converter was stolen from my car. I can't form my words but, I been living here since June and I love it! There is some noisy people upstairs and outside at night, nit much noise though on my side. The staff Ana is super nice, she mad the move in paperwork less stressful. Never had one roach, but a few bugs (my fault though) pool is close and I love the fact that there is a gas station near by and Fry's as well. It's a good starter for family folks here.

Called about 2 weeks ago to apply for there 3 or 4 bedroom and each time I reached they answered and gave me clear concise information never rude or upset I applied and called a week later to ensure Everything went okay and they confirmed my application and deposit was received currently waiting the process now

Iv live here for 12years the first 10years was great and then they got bout my some Hispanic people an now nothing gets fixed they don’t do anything I waited a month for them to replace my stove an they gave me a used one that was not even clean there is only one Maintenance worker for the whole apartment complex this use to be sum nice apartments now they r slowly running them in the ground

I moved here from NM.... I thought it was gonna be hard doing paperwork from another state but Shawna was SO HELPFUL AND NICE!!! I'm so grateful to her for helping me get in. The apartments are VERY NICE!!! I moved in thinking I was gonna have to clean up more but no, I think they painted it and put new carpet. All the appliances and bathroom was very clean. Since I've been here I've seen an apartment across from me get ready for a move in and saw them putting new carpet and appliances in it and then after the men did all that I saw some women in there cleaning it. I'm VERY HAPPY WITH MY APARTMENT

Just went too see if they had any vacancies. But they didn't have anything available for a couple months. Don't remember the lady's name I spoke with in the office but she was pleasant and very nice. I have found a place already but would go back and look here just because it's close to my kids school and the staff was nice.

Lived here going into a year now I have no problems, everything is as good as when I came in. When I have a problem they come an fix it right away. Angelica I believe she's the manager here in the apartment she's very loving with all the people that walk in she helps them when they have a problem I really don't have nothing bad to say I love it here, I'm actually going to renew my lease ! the neighborhood is so clean they always have the crew working

Lived over at Desert Eagle Estate for over 5 years. Just last year they sold the company to Chamberlin and Associates. Over this past summer, we been having a lot of rain coming into town. On Sept 19th, we noticed that one of the bdrms was leaking. Of course we always report our problems to maintenance to fix. Unfortunately it's already been months now and still no work has been done. Maintenance are just worry about fixing dryers instead of fixing our walls. Takes them a week to fix our stove burner. Dryer isn't drying still. They said they fix the problem but still needs to be fix because

Nice buildings and landscaping. There are problems with vandalism and drug abuse in the community that the city should really be handling. More money should be put into the interiors but for most part it looks good at face value. Like any apartments in low financial demographic areas it really needs more tlc. More tax revenue should be made available for low income rental assistance. My fiance and I never were approved in the two years we lived there.
