Horrible place to rent wouldn’t recommend it to anyone still waiting on my hole to be fixed in roof since July they dont Answer phones or emails or avoiding you not Jacqueline in the front though was great helping move in but other then that nothing …. Overpriced send 1509 a month to have a hole in roof and bag covering up taking advantage of people!!Its sad when you have to call Glendale city code Complience just to get repairs done cause the leasing office can’t handle it

Was trying to get an apartment here but I cannot get anyone from the office to return my calls or emails. I was approved and spent money on the admin fee and still crickets. I will have to find another place to move and now I am on a crunch time due to transferring work from Kansas. I wouldn't be upset except it costs so much to apply and then no one responds or communicates.

Went 10 months without a parking spot while others were allowed to purchase 2 parking spots and I was paying for one I never had. Mentioned my concern many times until I wrote directly to corporate I was given a spot within a week. Lots of promises were made that was never written and never taken care of, either record conversations or have it in writing and signed by an office rep. It’s roach infested, gates are non operable which makes them pointless. Pools/gym were all closed to the residents even after Covid mandate was lifted. The kids are out all hours of the day and unsupervised meaning

Do NOT recommend moving here, gun shots right inside the apartments every other night and always cops looking for some one. The office sense of care for there residents is a joke, you can even put in a work order online and it will be ignored for days, You can call the office number 5-10 times in a row and not get a answer or a call back, you would literally have to walk down to the office to confront them. When we First moved in we had no Hot water for about 2 weeks note this was during cold weather, the lack of communication is ridiculous 2 whole weeks with no Hot water, then the A/C broke in

I've been staying at my Son Arches Apartment Homes for a week, while visiting him. I personally like huge living spaces, not to say that everyone isn't like me. Most people like their living arrangement from small to medium space of living. So my Son like where he reside at to the point he was comfortable with his living situation. So let it be said..... Everyone has their preference!

These apartments are very nice and upgrades are just as nice. They have a new property manager, Brandon, whom is very understanding and respectful and takes time to explain things and cared about the well being of the residents here and the overall appearance of the community. He is a great addition and look forward in living here even more.
