I don't do reviews of my apartment complexes until I have moved. That way you don't get rewards or do you have to worry about pay back. I will tell you that I know they replaced the carpet and even will put hardwood floor in entryway and dinning room.
You can't find this large of apartment, mine was 1200 sq. ft. for the price, mine was under $1000 a month including water and trash along with cat and carport rent. Believe me I tried when I knew I had to move and couldn't. You also get a large lockable storage room in the basement that had to be 10 x 15 ft. The basement is where

The office staff is not very friendly. I worked with, I think his name was John. You get short responses and they are very unenthusiastic when a potential resident comes in. They also lack follow up. This initial experience scared me away from moving forward with even viewing the apartment. Great area. Great prices. Happier, more interested, and a professional office staff would've made the difference.

Not the best place to live... When maintainence is called they are only allowed to do one work order task at a time. The men are lazy and they are very cheap. It's ok wouldn't recommend this place though. Try Legacy Apartments. Front desk staff very rude. Didn't return security deposit upon moving after cleaning, vacuuming and dusting everything.
Do yourself a favor and don't move to this dump.
