Yes, as part of our owner services we offer ACH direct deposits into the owner's bank account. Tenants may pay rent in person at our offices, or online using their banking information, they can also pay at their local 7Eleven store or CVS Pharmacy or they could even pay using their credit card visa their online portal.

I had "tried" out several real estate agents in Vegas who did not seem to understand or care about what I was looking for. I was then referred to Martin Fajardo. I had a move from the East Coast to Las Vegas. In addition, I had a husband with a lot of physical challenges. They helped me find a new build. They would check on the progress of the home weekly because I was unable to check due to my distance. They made this entire experience manageable and an exciting new adventure for us.
They treated us like family, and they helped us find a handyman, housecleaner, etc. They didn't just sell us a home; they became family. Any questions regarding the area or just navigating this new area, they were there. They fell like a family member.

I have had a lot of nasty experiences with a lot of property management companies, but Innova is nothing like that, they are great, helpful, empathetic and highly professional. I have rented 2 properties with them so far and my experience in both situations was fantastic. I'm looking forward to buy my house in the near future with Innova Realty's help.

I am not happy at all with the work that this company has done. I bought a home in vegas while living in Reno. I understand that trying to complete this process while living so far away was going to be a bit difficult but I never thought that it would be this difficult and upsetting. To begin with, the inspector for the property did a very very very bad job. I was told that everything on the property was clear to go but that was not the case. The bathtub was clogged (I was told that it would be a $1000+ fix). I also just received a call from my insurance that the roof was in very bad condition
