Well to describe my experience as I was leaving this apartment complex I was treated extremely rude and yall attempted to tow my car without knowing what yall were talking about. First when I confronted your employees at the desk they said that my car hasn't moved in weeks and I took it to work the day prior. I understand having out of state tags may have confused them but they lied to my face and treated me with no respect. Seeing as how I did nothing wrong and was forcefully removed by a certain date due to my car and being military I showed everything I had telling them when I get out and they

I’m upset that these apartments are so expensive. I would love to live here but 1930 a month for 2 bed 2 bath & you must make three times rent… too much. Just trying to find a decent place to live w/ my daughter. A lot of places treat it like 95% of people are married with great combined incomes, but then again this is a military infested town turning into a city ):

I personally loved living here! The only reason I think this place has bad reviews is because people don’t EVER read their leases and just signs it. The staff there are amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable about what we may need! If they can’t help with what we originally want, they’ll work hard to give us choices and that’s all anyone else can do! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!

The staff here at Mesa Ridge is so wonderful! They are always so helpful with anything you may need! These are the most beautiful apartments I have ever lived in and the staff is just the cherry on top of the cake. From the front office staff to the maintenance staff they are all just great people! I love the apartments, the people around us, and the neighborhood. What I don't love is the staff. They must receive little to no training. I JUST had to prove that one of my pets (who has been allowed, is a service animal, and I've done all the paperwork for) they tried to make us get rid of. He's been living here since we moved in, and they tried to tell us that they had no record of him, so they sent a nastygram telling us that either he goes or a $50 fee per day would occur. Well, mad scrambling aside, we managed to PROVE he was allowed and they had records of him, and now they're playing nice

The staff here are awesome. This is a pet-friendly community and all the neighbors I've met are super nice. We love the on-site dog park and the heated pools. The walls are a bit thin but every apartment is this way. Kinda pricey, but worth it compared to other apartments. They have monthly free breakfasts and events for residents. Highly recommended.

I’m very happy at Mesa Ridge apartments in Fountain, CO. Two bedroom apartment size is pretty good compared to most . Fresh paint , new rugs ,new appliances, very up to date except no up to date counter tops ,Awesome balcony, love the view. Price fair . Maintenance are on top of things responds within 24 hours unless it’s an emergency. Everyone on staff super friendly, especially Sydney, she helped me out patiently during my process to move in. Hardly hear any noise from other tenants. Yes it’s a very nice place to live. 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐

I’ve been here for right around 6 months and this has definitely been the best living area I’ve found!! Very convenient shopping area with plenty of restaurants. The staff is very nice and friendly, I haven’t felt a need to complain once! Beautiful clubhouse with great amenities (Amazing Keurig) and tech room. Simply Gorgeous ❗️
