Wish I could give it zero stars. Applied for an apartment here and was told I’d know within 24 hours. I heard nothing back for days and they never answer their phone.
I had to physically go in to the office MULTIPLE times only to repeatedly be told they didn’t know why the application wasn’t moving forward and that they’d “have upper management help.”
Three weeks went by with promises of an answer only to eventually be told there was nothing they could do and blamed it on their computer system. They wasted weeks of my time that I could’ve spent looking for another place. Still waiting

If there was an ability to rate this place 0 stars I would. The customer service/office is outstandingly Horrendous. Coming up on PCs I called and they helped me understand the application online, as I finished it and paid the earnest $300, they stopped picking up my calls and never got back to me. Moving from another state I’m putting a lot of faith that I would be helped since I’m not there physically.
It honestly felt like a cash grab then number block. Called on a separate number and they picked up and when I mentioned my name for the application they acted as if the call dropped and stopped

The only reason I give one star is the view of Cheyenne mountain. For 5 months I’ve been having issues with my bathroom. The bathtub and sink faucet kept leaking. To the point where it was just running hot water. After time, I had no more hot water. After months of calling, they finally solved the hot water. They solved my bathroom sink by completely shutting off the water. Now I have to brush my teeth in either the bathtub or kitchen sink. My bathtub faucet still hadn’t been fixed and it’s now been 4 more days without hot water. Also, my bathroom. Ceiling is cracking and had a hole where

I’ve lived here a little over a year and have had a lot of issues including but not limited to noisy neighbors blasting music after 1in the morning. No info on the website about security. Placing a work order 3weeks ago with no response. honestly makes me sorry I signed another lease. And the rent is unreal, especially in these times of the pandemic. The apartments are also not very disabled friendly.

Cheyenne crest isn't worth the $1600 price range move in conditions were poor. I'm adding some photos. Wet paint, holes, dents, etc. before move in their were multiple. Issues with having the correct names on the background check which resulted in delaying our move in by two weeks. Multiple calls made without any responses. When we received responses they were spaced out by days or more in between. When we finally moved in we only received one key.

Me and my husband are out of state on vacation. We did not see a leak in our apartment. But they are insisting that they need to enter our apartment to check and make sure there isn't a leak. Even after we stated we don't feel comfortable with someone entering our apartment when we are out of state and we have no one out there to be in our apartment while they are there seeing as we are military. It makes us very uncomfortable how pushy they are when we stated we don't like that. We have valuables and expensive things and we can't monitor it. They don't even know if there

We have put in workorders several times and it takes literally weeks to even see the maintence people come to the apartment to "fix" the issue. the a/c and heater barely works and i've put in several requests to get it looked at so that way my child isn't sick and hot all of the time. i honestly wish i never lived here, don't move here because it's close to base.

When we first moved in, my family and I loved it here but ever since the old office manager Matt left it’s been ridiculous. We’ve had a leaking ceiling in our main bathroom for 4 months now and the office staff and regional manager have yet to take it serious and fix the issue. It’s disgusting and ever since Matt left I feel this complex has gone nothing but downhill. Wouldn’t recommend

Cheyenne Crest Apartments is a very nice place to live . The office staff is well trained and property manager Vanessa is one of the most friendliest people that I have ever encountered , she handles tasks that are given to her with ease from what I have seen her energy and ambition to go above and beyond is something a lot of people don’t have in them and lack , her communication and follow up is extraordinary not to mention very professional . There Maintenace staff is also very hard working and know how to communicate schedule and follow through with work orders until the tenants are satisfied

Do not rent from these people.
It's a sub par apartment complex, with people who are friendly at the signing and turn shortly after.
We rented under different management and had no issues.
The second time they hosed is. Told us we had a bunch of damage to the apartment which wasn't true and told us not to worry about carpet cleaning because they were going to be putting new carpet in.
We should have never listened and just professionally cleaned the carpets like we had intended.
They tried saying we had pet stains and other damages!
This was false and instead they sent us a 1200 bill

Have been staying here for a few months now. They helped me move-in right away and was clean upon move in. Whenever I have maintenance requests or questions, it is handled mostly within 24 hours with 100% success. I highly recommend anyone who works in the Fort Carson area to consider staying here in the complex considering how close it is to Gate 4.

Great affordable apartments in the Springs right near Ft. Carson. Love the updates they've done to the clubhouse and the new color on the buildings. The staff here works hard to keep it clean and respond quickly to service requests. Resident events have been fun that I've attended, nice to meet some neighbors. Really love the carports...helps so much with the crazy hail storms we keep getting! And the extra storage spaces are a nice touch. Overall really great community from my experience.
