As I am getting ready to move, I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the staff, both office and maintenance during these past two years. They are the best I have ever met - thank you all! I am moving for a few reasons, mostly relating to the fact that I am aging and feel the need for a less active population (people who party like it's 1999 as opposed to my rapidly growing number of millennial neighbors!).

I lived here for 15 months and while the apartments are decent, the office staff is horrible to deal with. No one ever answers the phone and the office loves to close randomly mid day for hours at a time. Maintenance men were nice but were often not informed by office of issues until multiple attempts to schedule fixes were made. Be sure to keep ALL documents including your check list, because the office conveniently 'lost' mine and accused me of not turning one in. Luckily I had taken a photo of it and was able to show proof and avoid extra charges. Overall the apartments are good, but the office

We've been here since 2018, and we just love it here. The office staff is so nice, and the maintenance staff is absolutely awesome. Steve came out to fix our garbage disposal today, and while he was here, we noticed that the air conditioning had become ineffective. He went and got a replacement A/C unit, and in minutes it was downright cold inside on a 90⁰ day.
Our neighbors are nice people, the area is building up to be very good. There's a new police station just up the street. I enjoy living here.

I have never lived here, but I had a terrible experience just trying to tour. i set up a tour online and recieved both an email and a text confirmation of the appointment. 1 hr before my appointment, I recieved a 2nd text reminder about my appointment. I drove 35 minutes to get to my tour appointment at the Windmill Apartments. When I got to the leasing office at 3:45pm, the door was locked and there was a clock sign saying they would be back at 4:15. I had another appointment after this, and didnt have an extra half hour to sit around and hope they came back. I called the number provided in the

When we have an issue junior and Steve are always happy to help us we had an issue with our washer in our unit and the two of them came and even said it's probably a sock in the pump if it was overloaded. Come to find out he was exactly correct very knowledgeable for maintenance and I'd give them a 10 but rating only goes to 5 office is always willing to let anyone drop in and even just have a chat not anything about the apartments. But also if there is an issue with the apartments the office is more than willing to help. We had a few minor issues here but honestly for the price and the amenities

Ms Maura is about the only good thing about this place. The office likes to choose when to extend their lunches freely (they change the "We'll be back!" time). I've been trying to make a payment on my rent for 3 days now and it seems the system does everything it can to delay you. Things I input don't get updated for at least an hour, if not more. Tried changing my password, told me it was an invalid account until I tried again about 2 hours later. Once I finally gained access to my account, I tried adding my card. NOPE. I have filled out the form with my card info 3 times and EACH time it said

As a Property Manager myself, it is so disappointing how rude and awful their staff is. I have family that live there and they are beyond unprofessional, office is always closed when they are at least 3 people working. My office remains open for my residents. Corporate should really pay attention to how their office is being ran, not to mention the lack of service requests that are ignored. Just because you are affordable to live in does not mean you should provide class D service. Something needs to be done.
