As stated in the comments during move-out this apartment complex will overcharge you for cleaning, carpet cleaning and patching, and touch up paint (even though the paint job on the cabinets and door frames wasn't good during move-in which I commented on during my move-in inspection). I started moving out and cleaning that apartment as thorough as I could around 8am and finished at 1130pm and still was charged; just don't waste your time. The bill for those services racked up to $475 so like other comments have stated you'll never receive your security deposit which is $300 and wind up owing them

I have loved my time at Bellaire Ranch. The whole team is very responsive. The maintenance team is unlike any apartment I've experienced. Chris always has a smile and a dog treat on him! Chrystian and Deacon are very knowledgeable and kind. Cheryl, Ria, and Michael are wonderful assets to Bellaire Ranch! I would highly recommend living at these apartments.

I was a tenant here for over a year. I had a great experience when signing my lease and handing over my money, but from then on there was a complete lack of communication and service. There is never adequate parking available and never anyone in the office who can actually assist you. With every question and request, Michael the manager, was combative and looking to cause an argument. He is never available when you ask for him, but is always somehow able to free himself once he can hear the start of the conversation. He likes to stand over people while they are sitting and having a conversation

Cheryl Schillings has been awesome! She assisted in leasing our apartments. She was very informative in providing all we needed. The price is on the high side, but unfortunately its the market we are in here in the southeast end. Cheryl made me feel welcome even when I was not there yet. Thank you for having an avid member and bringing value to management.

Note to all future and current residents. When you move out, they hire an outside company to inspect and bill you for every tiny thing wrong with your apartment. We had maintenance come thru and they said we would not be charged for anything, including a few small dings we were worried about and a spot they patched months before but never painted over. When it came time to move out the maintenance staff check on our place meant nothing. We were charged for the patch job that Bellaire did themselves. There was only regular wear and tear on our place. Also you will be charged for carpet cleaning

Do not move here! You do not get your deposit back no matter what…they will charge for cleaning ($125) no matter how well you clean, plus some normal apartment turnover things that the apartment complex itself is responsible for doing, like paint touch up ($125), light bulb replacement ($5), and then try to charge you for common area utilities after you leave. Do not move here find somewhere else.

If you’re wanting an apartment conveniently located- this complex is pretty great.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet- but, I’d definitely recommend you LOCK your doors and remove anything valuable from your vehicle before stepping away from it.
The towing policy is (as it was explained quite thoroughly when we came here) very strict.
Klaus does very regular stops here and people get towed every day.
They have a valet trash service that I pay $25 per month for. If I’m being 100% honest- I don’t use it. I don’t need it nor do I want

Lived here for a couple years now, only reason I'm leaving is because I'm buying a house. Actually, I had moved away for about a year living with friends and I decided to come back! Quiet most of the time, good neighborhood and the management is consistently updating the premises. First I would like to compliment the day staff, I have had the privilege of getting to know them over the couple years I have been in town.
