At first wife and i found this place, and everything was going great. The area was good, the apartment was good except for a minor fixes here and there, then it got bad. We had one apartment, and the first apartment had trouble with flies, and we were at the third floor. The flies somehow would get into the the apartment, we would have hundreds of them. So no big deal they tried doing something about it, but nonetheless thet kept coming. So we finished that lease, and ended up moving to a different apartment, same location but different apartment. The next apartment we had a problem with antz,

I’ve lived here for a year now and I’m so amazed with quality here. Not only do I have a decent amount of space for the price I pay but the appliances are for the most part up to date and hardly ever have issues. Whenever something does go wrong (nothing major) I’m ALWAYS greeted in a friendly manner by the staff and they are extremely quick to handle the situation with confidence!!! I’ve recommended this place to anyone looking for apartments

This place was is in our budget as far as rent. With what we pay for utilities here for amenities is outrageous. We have been here 2 months. I was told the amenities we pay is back dated a month to 2. We were not even here half a month in the beginning of move in and we got hit with a bill of $140 said it was from summer and its more expensive for all the amentities being used. We were not even here for that and wasnt told we had to pay that when rent is due. Well we finally have been here a whole month and our bill is even higher at $160.. our regular utility bill is only $40. This place robs

The office staff are extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. It costs an arm and a leg to break the lease so I had to stay the entire year im a single mom I dont have anyone around to help me and I told them that. at the end of my lease I think they were bitter or angry and ended up charging me $600 in extra fees that they made up out of spite. This is by far the worst apartment complex in Colorado springs. Somebody was shot 10 feet away from the pool while I was outside with my son. they have cops in the back apartments all the time for issues. Not a safe place and terrible upper management.

I have lived here since October and since DAY ONE I have smelled smoke coming through the vents. I spoke to the neighbors, trying to be a good neighbor AND then spoke to the housing staff. Nothing but some notices on the door. That's all I got. This was supposedly a non smoking complex. Even when I knock on the neighbors door and smelled the smoke and SEE IT ROLLING OUT OF THE DOORWAY and call them out on it nothing is done. "Oh their lease is up in Feb they'll be gone." Well my girlfriend and I are expecting a baby and she does not need to be breathing second hand SMOKE!!!!!!! The lease says no

Pros: Front office staff are nice and concerned about resident issues. Maintenance is quick. Exterior and common areas well maintained. Cons: Pricy for what you get. Rent went up from $815 (first year) to $855 (second year) to $955 (third year). Beware that most apartments do not look like the model shown. The older apartments need serious upgrades (old carpet is disgusting). Beware of damage to personal property (cars). At times other residents can disrupt the quality of life here.

I've lived here for a couple months now. Love how quiet it is, love that it's near Fort Carson, Love that my apartment was remodeled and clean when I moved in, the staff is nice, price is decent.
One thing I absolutely HATE is the rodent problem. We've had mice make our way into our home (May I mention I'm OCD clean..). We've called the front office and expressed our concern but they did NOT meet our satisfaction with handling the problem.
I also noticed that the shower doesn't drain properly. We've also brought this up to their attention and again not satisfied with the way things were handled
