Anyone thinking about moving here, DON'T!!!
My family and I lived in these apartments for 3 years and its been a nightmare
For starters, there's no guest parking or parking for a second car.
They work directly with the Tow company
I have had my car towed in its spot because the parking pass they give wasnt completely visible (I'm disabled and forgot to remove my handicap pass)
First year I didn't get charged for anything, year 2/3 got charged for basic wear and tear they will bleed you dry for things that wasn't up to part to begin with.

New tenant beware!!!!
Like others who reviewed it’s been a nightmare living in these apartments for 3 + years! The apartments are falling apart, and quite frankly way over priced. My Ac unit went out in august while my family & I had Covid, around that time the air quality was affected by wild fire smoke. Mind you, we contacted them a week prior letting them know we spotted an issue with the ac unit it wasn’t blowing out cold air. When the technician came out he said the Ac unit wasn’t changed in over 30 YEARS! They squeeze you in these poorly maintained apartments and charge you for everything

When I arrived to COS I was worried because the waiting lists everywhere from 3-4 months. So I decided that the first available will be my option. I didn't really have the affordability to be picky or so demanding. I came here and I was without looking at my apartment when can I sign the contract. Nor knowing if I would regret my decision withing the first couple of days. To my beautiful surprise I'm happy I'm here. My one bedroom apartment has everything I need. It's spacious and everything works and it was not nasty when I moved in. The management is great and always with a positive attitude

Overpriced. They squeeze you for every dollar you have and in my experience, inconsiderate.
The apartments are small, pricey and not worth what they ask. They don't even have covered parking spaces or garage options. Visitors will be towed if they do not have a parking pass and the only available visitor parking is on the street, which is a fair distance from any of the apartments. A tow truck will patrol the premises, looking for unauthorized vehicles.
Some apartments don't even have 2 spots for that apartment, so visitors are forced to park on the street and extra parking permits cost 85 dollars

Moved here for cheaper rent, and ended up paying just as much for a luxury two bedroom apartment 10 minutes down the road. The staff is very rude and has an awful attitude if you have any disagreement on anything, we never felt with that at our last apartment. Parking is terrible if you have more than one vehicle. Honestly there are better apartments and better deals look somewhere else please!! Only good that about living here was we were 5 minutes from base other than that it was complete trash! They want to upcharge for every little thing, always just walk into your apartment without notice

*Response to complex’s comment: No, would not like to speak with anyone. Even if given proof this apartment complex does illegal activities. Hypothetically, one could sue the complex for their unethical and improper procedures. (Example: Fire/health hazard, emotional distress, and etc. Hmm, do I listen to the friend who suggested it or not?) Yet, the complex and their bosses still have the audacity to act as if they did nothing wrong; let alone give a well deserved and overdue

Be VERY careful not to trust what the managers tell you. They will try to trick you into paying for things that are not your responsibility. If you move here, make sure you check your lease and do research before paying for anything outside of rent and utilities. Depending on which building you get, plumbing and electrical might be an issue too. I lived here for two years and had to avoid using water at least half a dozen times because plumbers were frequently at my building fixing something or other downstairs. The maintenance crew is good about initial response to requests, but lacking when it

The ladies in the office are always so kind and helpful. The amenities and clubhouse are unbelievably awesome! My favorite part of this place definitely is the indoor pool, hot tub is usually working and perfectly heated, but reall the plants in there are just absolutely awesome! I reccomend checking out these apartments before any others in the area.
