If you want even a slightly stress-free move in process, DO NOT sign with Willow apartments. They are horrible at keeping in contact. Every time I called the line listed on the website, I either never reached anyone, or got someone who would say "oh we'll have someone reach out to you", guess what, no one reached out! We had to go to the office and even then it's a hit or miss, half the time no one is there even during business hours. One agent literally told me that the agents who answer that phone line don't alert them when someone calls at all. They are aware of this and don't seem to care as

This property is horrible. When I first moved in about 8 years ago the management staff was great. Now it is a constant revolving door of staff and management companies. Every complaint that has been previously listed is absolutely true. Maintenance concerns are rarely addressed and the property itself is a mess. The reason that I moved out however was due to the escalation of violent crime within the community. After 3 violent crimes happened within several weeks of each other earlier this year I asked the manager what was being done to keep residents safe. She did not have an answer but told

I don’t recommend this apartments for so many reasons ..
I lived there for 3 years I was a good tenant never late on paying rent ..moved out on June 29 ( my lease ends on June 31)
Till now they won’t pay me back my $1300.00 security deposit on top of that they bill me $650.00 ..
for three months I’ve been calling almost every week trying to reach someone to talk to about the this matter ..every time I called different person answered .
and they take my number and the reason for my call and tell me ok will deliver your message .
no one ever reach me .
I even went to the office twice

As a current resident here, I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here. Management got worse after I moved in.
I signed a 15 month lease (Shana Roseborough helped me move in , in 2020 . She was wonderful. She’s no longer here unfortunately) just for the current property manager to tell me they don’t do 15 month leases . Of course that lease has since disappeared from my resident portal.
No one is ever in the leasing office during business hours when issues like these need to be handled in person & ASAP. The door and the website also aren’t consistent with business hours.

I enjoyed living here up until 2021 and I can attest to the problems that other tenants have shared. We were charged a pest control fee but the units are harboring roaches, millipedes and spiders. No matter how clean you try to keep your unit, bugs will get in. There is a major issue with old furniture left in front of the dumpster for weeks at a time when it should be left on the street away from the complex allowing the city to pick up the old mattresses and furniture. Often times the dumpsters are blocked and trash piles up. Nasty and terrible! The grounds could use major upkeep, the entryways

DO NOT rent here this place is a joke, the people in the office are never there, the customer service line has no idea what's going on with anything regarding maintenance or current statuses of leases. They'll charge you fees for pest control but they've only sprayed once and they claim it's once a month. The maintenance team just drives around in a cart all day. Been here two years and it's just gotten worse since The Willows took over

Maria N. Is Awesome!! She’s one of the leasing agents at the willow apartments,. She has been so helpful, kind , understanding, and professional. from day one Maria stayed in contact with me letting me know what was going on from me submitting my rental application to the day I picked up my keys and moved in . Do not move here!!! The office cares about NOTHING other than taking your money. The apartment below me is infested w roaches and they have been made aware by Terminex multiple times. They will not take the neccessary steps to get rid of the roaches in this entire building. I am doing my part by keeping my unit clean, but yet my family and I are subject to roaches coming in our unit because the office will not foot the bill to get rid of the roaches...or get rid of the people causing the roaches. No one should have to pay this amount of rent and have to kill roaches on a daily basis- especially

I was in the process of applying for this location but after looking over the reviews on different sites I notice they have two consistent problems… lack of residence well being and they are operating a roach motel as well… I know everybody has different views but after seeing pictures to verify the TRUTH… I just can’t put my family in that bad of a situation

4/15/21 :This places has a horrible customer/tenant experience. When I moved in I brought to their attention 3 outlets, broken medicine cabinet and leaky laundry hookup. They acknowledged it and said they would send someone out to fix it. I lived in this apartment for 2 years and the issues were never resolved. About 8 months into my lease I was told they would be doing some updating of the flooring but multiple neighbors received the update ld flooring except me. I have since moved out and it's been 8 weeks and I have yet to receive my deposit back. Even though I spoke with 3 different people
