I am giving one star because that is the lowest you can give in order to give a review! My husband and I lived here for a year and a half. We signed a year lease and then renewed our lease for 6 more months. I told the manager, Angela, that we were going to buy a house and move after the 6 months while I was signing the lease. When our first lease was almost up they sent us papers saying if we were going to stay then to let them know 30 days before our lease was over. When the 6 month lease was up we never recieved anything. I tried going to the office several times, but Angela is never in the

Very helpful management. Professional and freindly maintenance staff. Great location, pet friendly, quiet apartment complex. All have a balcony or patio. Angela was extremely kind and friendly. Andy and the other staff are also friendly and helpful. They keep dog treats in the main office, very good animal friendly apartment complex. My husband and I enjoyed our time living there. I would recommend to anyone who is looking.

If you're going to be living in or around Manchester, this is THE place to live. The property is less than five minutes to the highway on-ramp. The apartments are superb and each have semi-private balconies. To top it all off, the management is warm and caring and really makes the place feel like home.

The apartment management and staff are very helpful. Maintenance requests were responded to promptly and the front office was helpful in coordinating my move-in and move-out. Apartment facility is nice and the location is great.
My only complaint is that people definitely smoked inside the building and you could tell that my unit had a smoker before me. Obviously, not a problem for all, but personally do not like the smell and it is hard to get out.
