Renters beware! Worth the read!
Absolute trash living environment and apartments. I moved in in September, we were not allowed to see the apartment before we moved in (shouldn't have signed the lease, very naïve of us but we were in a hurry to find something.) So when we got there it seemed okay at first. However, the bathroom was DISGUSTING there was hair inside the medicine cabinets from previous owners and the caulking job around the tub is cracked and peeling making my whole bathroom look atrocious. I feel dirtier after showering.

The kitchen cabinets are all broken and they don&apos

Love my apartment and my neighbors and the staff are really nice! We moved in with brand new carpet and ac unit. Great apartment for college students and people that are looking for a low cost place to live.

This is a terrible place to even consider taking your money. The desk clerks and manager are very unprofessional. They don't get things done when they say they'll be done. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience wasting precious time they want to play the blame game and act like no one is at fault. Would not recommend this place to live at all housing is basic just like the people in the office. Can go down the street to Yorktown commons if you're looking for townhome, etc.

I lived at Woodman Park for two years and for the first year things were good. The management changed. After the change, things went downhill fast. My apartment got flooded when the person living above us left her bathtub on and fell asleep...... When I called to complain, the only help we got offered was an industrial sized fan! Then not long after, this idiot moved out and a new couple moved in who liked to use each other as punching bags. She didn't have a job so he had to be the one on the lease who supposedly had a background check (because I did, right???) But no, he had active

Staff is nice most of the time. The layout for 1 br is not the best, it felt like the entire apartment was just one big room. I dont think the quality of the apt was great either. the "wood flooring" mats in the kitchen were not properly glued down, and the apt was not very clean and fixed up. I lived on a lower level and my upstairs neighbor and i had issues with noise from each other. i thought she walked too hard, and she thought my music was too loud. in other words...the walls were thin. I could also always hear neighbors diagonally to me doing adult things along with loud music
