I don't ever leave reviews. I only lived here for one year, And while there were some issues, they were always addressed promptly. The main reason I am taking the time to write this review is because I actually received MOST of my deposit back!!! The deductions were fair and reasonable! This almost never happens!

Here was an nice apartment with affordable price. But everything changed after Indian community moved in. They had party almost at every midnight and grouped up and hang out outside. Not sure how many Indians living here, but my neighbor looks like 4+ people lives in a 2B apartment and never turned down their TV.

Wilmington Pointe is a great place to live. Currently renting a one bedroom in Wilmington Pointe South and I’ve never had any issues. Being an older building there is the occasional maintenance issue and it is always resolved ASAP. Maintenance is super nice and helpful as well! The office managers are fantastic and super helpful. Location is perfect and the price is super competitive for the area. I also appreciate the annual pest/unit inspections, it gives renters peace of mind.

If you move in, you better know someone who is good with tools. The maintenance men are garbage. They walk in unannounced even if the door is locked and don't do anything (or they jimmy-rig it pathetically and it breaks again every few days). The pool is a plus but it's barely cleaned and the surrounding area is often littered with trash (found a condom wrapper yesterday). Also, they close the pool whenever they feel like or sometimes just don't open it at all. If you call the office they talk down to you and half-heartedly say they're going to do something, but never reassure you if they actually

I have been here 1 year. About 6 months in I had a medical issue that affected my income schedule. The staff was very gracious and worked with me. They offered encouragement and shared my excitement when I was able to return to work. Maintenance has always been friendly and efficient. This location is great for people with small children and convenient for walkers. I can't say enough about my experience here. I would recommend it to anyone.

Currently renting a one bedroom apartment and I absolutely love it. It is very spacious and I have lots of closet room. My neighbors are great and the other residents are beyond polite. The area is convenient and close to many things which are in walking distance. The property is well kept which is a plus for myself.
