Current Resident. First-Time Renter.
It's an older building, but updated to make it more comfortable.
Pam, the manager, is very sweet, upfront, and informative. Always keeps residents posted on any changes. Maintenance is quick and friendly.
Neighbors are mostly quiet, and are quite friendly.
I can see myself sticking around for awhile.

I just moved to Wyoming Hills Apartments a month ago and I love my new apartment. I have had no issues with anything so far. It is nice and quiet and the property manager Pam is awesome! The whole complex is very well maintained and clean. The whole staff is always on top of everything and management sends out emails if there is going to be work done in the complex. I love it here!

Wyoming Hills has been great so far! No problems, nice community that backs up to a little park, pretty quiet for studying or working from home, and the staff has been very helpful.

Pam the office manager is absolutely phenomenal, she will do everything in her power to help you. On top of that maintenance is always available, every issues I have had has been fixed within a matter of hours. I will definitely miss this place when we have to leave next year.

I’ve been living here for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! Pam in the office is super helpful and everything was spotless when I moved in. The only thing I’d say is there is some traffic around 2pm because there’s a school next door.

Newer vendor working at Wyoming Hills and manager Pam has been great to work with. Customer expectations are known before bid generation, submission and signature. Pam's follow up before, during and after project completion is something Wyoming Hills and Oberer should be proud of. Thank you Pam for the opportunity to work with you and Wyoming Hills.

Nothing like having to apartment hunt during a pandemic, right? Pam Boos, the Manager at Wyoming Hills Apartments, made the entire process from approval to keys in hand as smooth as glass. The apartment was immaculate, as well as the grounds and common areas. This place is a hidden gem!

Staff is all very nice. Maintenance is quick and friendly.
The only downside would be that I had issues with water pressure.
No noise issues the entire time I was there and neighbors tend to mind their business.

I never found the apartment affordable that I lived in. The bills were way too high and my dishwasher broke numerous times. You can find much cheaper and better places around Dayton. You can even live in a home for a lot cheaper than what Wyoming Hills is charging you. When I decided to leave the complex I wasn't even given my full deposit because they said I didn't clean things properly. Excuse me, I lived there for only 3 months and because I have a job where I travel a lot, I hardly used the kitchen or bathroom for that matter. Also the area is not nice at all. I found it to be a little

I lived in this complex for over a year in 2004-05. It is probably the best apartment complex experience I've ever had and here's why:

It's very affordable but has dishwashers, walk-in closets, and balcony or patio!
All units have their own furnace, central a/c unit, and water heater.
Maintenance is quick and competent.
Rules are enforced about parking, patio furniture, dog poo, etc. so it's kept very nice-looking and clean.
Quick, easy access to 35, 75, WSU and Wright-Patt, and downtown.
Cheryl was the property manager and she went above and beyond for us several times
