Rivers Edge Apartments & Townhomes

Wellllll.. I have visited an apartment and the style is sooo cute. I think they call it cape cod style and it had 1.5 baths, which is perfect for little ones!
I’m looking at multiple units and it can also be accommodating for holiday meals as there is space in the units for that. Granted to don’t fill the place with GIANT furniture.
I feel I will agree to a unit very soon!!!! And excited! Safety and courtesy are my top two preferences.
Updates are ongoing as the area and properties we affected by the tornados. Staff present themselves well, are alert, and attentive.

The apartments themselves are nice, however the “neighbors” around you love blaring music at all hours of the night with no consideration of others. A very distressing environment that makes downtime impossible.
I’ve never written a Google review but I’ve been so perturbed by the nuisances around me.

Hands down THE BEST PLACE I have EVER lived! Without a doubt, I recommend my Townhome to anyone! Property Management, Maintenance, Office Staff and EVERYONE involved here with Towne Properties are truly amazing! As a Nurse and Nursing student, I require a lot and they deliver on services!
My washer gave me issues and caused a leak, the after-hours On-Call Maintenance was here within minutes. They always call me before entering my home and I respect them for that! I have been a resident here for years now, and I have seen a ton of people move in and out!
I think what we pay is well worth the space

Lived here for years, including through the 2019 tornadoes. Would’ve given a 5-star until recently. A year or so ago utility company this complex uses changed; now our water/gas is in a shared bill for the community. Our monthly rent has skyrocketed since then. We used to pay $30-50 month for water/gas on top of rent; now that water/gas has gone up to $100 or more.
Then today (a Saturday), I noticed that someone had left a hose plugged into the pool; it came apart and is spilling water all over the lot. (I shared pics of this.) So, I guess that answers my question as to why our water/gas bill

Glad to see they are still open after the tornados. I've been in a few of these units to clean the carpets, and they are they beautiful inside. The staff is also very friendly.

Unfortunately, I did not end up moving to this complex but I have to say Nikki and Autumn were absolutely amazing to work with! They both went above and beyond for me. If you're looking to move to the area, I would definitely check this place out!

My husband and I moved to Dayton from Canada so I did all the initial apartment hunting online. When we arrived here I had narrowed my list down to about 5 properties. We happened to start with Rivers Edge and loved the place instantly. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Francis showed us around and explained the various options available. She was very genuine and positive. They have completely renovated many of their buildings so the apartment we got is practically new (including the kitchen/bathroom set and appliances).
