Arrow Investments, LLC is owned and operated by Robert and Michele Wick. We are both graduates of Winona State University and also just recently had a daughter graduate from WSU with a Business Teaching Degree while she lived in our 202 E. 8th property during her studies. We have been in the business of renting our properties since 2003 and have a good feel for what students want in a quality rental home AND still be inexpensive.
We say "home", because we want our students to feel at home when they rent from us. We want you to hang pictures and make the house feel like your home away from home. We offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom options and all our properties are 3 blocks or less from WSU's Main campus. We don't charge extra for laundry in any of our units, nor do we charge for the use of a garage if one is available - we won't "nickel and dime" you.
