East Manor Apartments

Update: Before we moved, management knocked on our door and leave 1-2 times an hour for like 2-3 weeks. It was everyday but Sunday. 6 years later, when someone knocks on my door or rings the doorbell, I still have panic attacks. Once, one of our neighbors (extremely bad neighbors) at the place I moved to rang the doorbell for 10 minutes. It put me over the edge and caused pregnancy issues. I have severe PTSD from this place. I am glad they are doing better. I hope they learn from this comment.

I enjoyed living at Park Village apts. I never had any problems. The location is perfect and there is a nice park right across the streets. Indoor heated parking and elevators were a plus. The apartments are a bit outdated but they were clean and reasonable for Milwaukee. I would move back again if I return to Milwaukee.

This is probably one of the worst Apartments...the only reason I have not moved out is moving is a pain and I don't have a lot of time to look. The management is a hot mess...I have lived there 6 years and rent has increased but no improvement at all have been done in the apartment...it is very out dated...the common areas like the stairwells and the hallways never seem to be cleaned on the regular...the winters are the worst the back ally is always covered in ice because they don't plow and when you bring it to their attention they blame the city and say the city is responsible but of

Nice, safe and centrally located to the city and surrounding Northshore suburbs.
Staff is friendly and easy to work with regarding maintenance and repairs as well as move in & move out dates

Our project was delayed and so our order was stored in a warehouse. When we unpacked the goods admittedly 4 months later we noticed the leather on one of the chairs was marked. They flatly refused our claim because they said it was delivered 4 months ago even though we just unboxed it. Premium product but awful service. Basically they said we we lying...

We received from Flexform a marble fly coffee table that had a repaired chip to the edge. Because it was repaired we didn't notice it until months later when it would have been hard to prove. I didn't persue them since it wasn't noticeable. Unfortunately the repair eventually came off and then I raised it with Flexform via the company we purchased through. I explained the situation and tried to show through photos that the repair had always been there from delivery but they politely took the position that I may be lying. The apartments are really old. The walls are very thin u can hear your neighbors as if they were sitting right next to you. The rent is far above what the apartment is worth. Last the management is terrible they don't fix anything unless you bug them for weeks. Save yourself the headache, and money and find a different place to rent.

Don't rent here. Apartments are out-dated, maintenance takes forever to respond to calls and the management can be pushy when it comes to renewing a lease.

Also, walls are super thin so you hear everything and everyone -- not to far from a senior living complex so you'll also hear sirens in the wee hours of the night -- and there's a neighbor who doesn't know how to take care of their dog and will let it bark for what feels like forever in the night.

Stay away.
