Our office is unique in two important ways for students. Located at 555 Huff St, we have the only off-campus student housing office next to Winona State University. In addition, our office is the only student housing office open full-time, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Our maintenance team is on-call 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Student housing in Winona is kind of a funny market. There seems to be a rush in the fall when a lot if properties get rented for the following June. WSYOU and Bluff city properties have the most choices by far. I just wanted to post because my place was great and they always treated me fairly and with respect. PS. Got my whole deposit back.

We had a bad experience once with a landlord so I was a little gun shy about renting for my second time. WSYOU Student housing is the biggest company in Winona, most apartments but they have great places and their customer service is fantastic. Good follow through with repairs and fix ups.

He found my Cat! Cody was over showing my Apartment right after my cat went missing,and he helped me look for him for about 45 minutes until we finally found him.
He had to reschedule other showings.

I don't see how you can go wrong with WSYOU. I didn't know anything about Student Rentals in Winona and they really took their time to listen to what was important for me. I chose the Quad 2.0 because it's right across the street from campus, it's clean and convenient and I always felt safe there. It's like a large dorm room with its own kitchenette.

I like to live alone and socialize when I feel like it. The Quad 2.0 is perfect for me. Pretty much ideal for college housing. A place of my own, pretty inexpensive and right across the street from the Wsu campus. Can’t beat it really. Check it out.

I’d like to start by saying I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading some of the other reviews I felt as though I had to. My family and I rented an apartment for our daughter with WsYOU and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we contacted them, until the day we moved my daughter out we were so pleased with the process and handling of our lease. Management was always available for our calls and questions. They were thorough in explaining the process and they didn’t deduct a penny when my daughter moved out. If you are looking for a safe, clean and dependable

I paid my $450 security deposit before I signed my lease. When my lease was up, I only received $340 of that deposit because apparently they had to do “2 hours worth of cleaning” after I moved out, even though my apartment was cleaner after I moved out than it was when I moved in- I spent HOURS making sure that it was spotless because I didn’t want the next person moving into a dump like I had to the previous year. Also, if you have any maintenance requests, expect for them to be complete in 2-3 weeks. This rental agency is a joke and I am so glad that I no longer have to deal with them.

I'm simply still just in the process of beginning to sign on a property with WsYOU and so far, my experience has been absolutely second to none. ALL of the staff I've interacted with have been kind, caring, genuine, patient and understanding. I look forward to signing on my property, as I know it's going to be a great experience.
