The apartments look nice but the office is completely disorganized and unhelpful.
Lidia is the property manager and is not competent at all. It's been a mess trying to get anything done even during the application process and then as a resident. Most calls and emails go unreturned. And when you do get a response, nothing actually gets taken care of or answered.
They also provide very little maintenance at Olmsted Green. When I moved in 7 weeks ago, several things were broken or missing, and maintenance has not fixed them, and most never even received an acknowledgment. I've had to fix

They need help with the customer service department cause I can never seem to get a str8 answer when I contact them. The homes look beautiful and the upkeep seems to be great but whomever is working the leasing part should try better customer service. I don’t understand why they are taking application if they don’t even have any apartments to lease out.

Had an appointment to tour a 2 bedroom apartment. We arrived from out of state and they were aware of that. No one showed up for the tour after they had already confirmed they would be there. Tried calling the office but the answering machine people were not able to connect us to anyone. Very inconvenient.
