I am 31 & I've lived on my own since I was 18 due to the Military. In my 13 years of experience with different residential facilities in 10 different states, I have never experienced the treatment that I have received by the representatives of Krueger development. In 2015 I lived in Chantacleer. A few months into my lease I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft & called the 24/7 service number. Maintenance didn't answer for 11 hours; I slept in the stair way.Fast forward to September 2017 when I decide to move into The Mirada. There isn't enough awesomeness to describe this place--I am an extrememly happy renter (well, I'm now a former-renter)! I moved to a different city, but had I continued to live in Lincoln I would've stayed at this complex. I lived here for three years and they are by far the most professional, accommodating, and conscientious rental company I've ever worked with. The property, facilities, and management are absolutely excellent! If I could give this place six stars, I would. The time that my boyfriend and I were living here was alright. When we moved into the apartment it was not cleaned. They told us the carpet and the rest of the apartment was cleaned after the last residents left. There was dust on the fans, the shower door was not cleaned, and a huge thing was the carpet was not cleaned. We found food and the previous residents hair in the carpet. We were continuously told that the carpets were cleaned and we knew that was false. Things really started to go down hill when 2017 summer came around. I am new to Lincoln , Nebraska and was planning to rent an apartment at Chantacleer. Everything looked nice online. I tried to reach the leasing office multiple times and none ever picked up. So I left voicemails 2-3 times and never got a call back. As the location was convenient to my workplace , I decided to go there and check it out.
