Greg was professional and punctual for our home inspection. We went with Greg for the purchase of our home that was built in 2001. I believe he did a pretty thorough job but noticed there were a few items we put on our BINSR that he missed and I believe they were items that should have been included on the inspection report as we identified them with our untrained eye. I was also a bit frustrated when we ultimately moved in and noticed the dishwasher needs to be replaced which was also not included on the report. My second frustration was when we had to pay double since our pool has a built in

Contacted AZ Premier Inspection LLC on Thumbtack App to perform a home and termite inspection on a property I am considering to purchase. Mr. Greg was very prompt in providing me a quote. He was very prompt in going to the property for the inspection. He provided me with a very detailed Inspection Report. I will use AZ Premier Inspection LLC again if the circumstance arises. AZ premier inspections did an excellent job performing my pre-purchase home inspection with the complimentary termite inspection included.
Greg provided a very thorough report with lots of labeled pictures. Greg has experience in the building trades and it shows in his report. he was also available to speak to me by phone and answer any questions.

Greg Hunziker is the most thorough home inspector out there. Extremely extremely professional and has the knowledge and expertise from being in the trades for 30 plus years. He took over 360 pics and his write up took 30 min for me to go through. Because of his report and very thorough inspection I was able to negotiate thousands off the asking price of the home. His advice was spot on and very much appreciated. I’ve sold and purchased a lot of homes never have I seen such professionalism and I will definitely be using him again. Thank you Greg!!!!
