Scott did a great job in all aspects of the inspection. He was professional and very detailed in his report, which was easy to read and had many detailed pictures. He walked us through the house showing his findings and explaining them thoroughly. We received the report promptly the following day. Scott is an amazing inspector. His reports are very detailed and paint a very good picture of the health of the home under consideration. The summary of the report is very easy to read with items being color coded based on severity. He walked us through his entire report in person and was very open to questions. Due to the excellent quality of the report, unfortunately (fortunately?) I may have to use his services again. Thanks again The Dwelling Inspector.

We had a great experience working with Scott for our home inspection for our new build! Our builder put up some obstacles to getting an outside home inspection, however Scott was able to work with them and complete our home inspection within a couple days notice. We received our report the same day the inspection was complete. The 89 page detailed report was very easy to read/understand, complete with pictures and explanations. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using the Dwelling Inspector for you home inspection needs!!!!
