The Legends Terrace Apartments offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes. The 1 and 2 bedroom homes each has one walk-in closet and the 3 bedroom has two walk-in closets. All apartment homes have a laundry room off of kitchen, smoke detectors, and a sprinkler system and features extra storage on the patio/balcony.

We lived here for 13 months. Moved in site unseen. LOVED THIS PLACE, It's beautiful, it's clean (both the apartments and the grounds), staff is professional and caring, and they make apartment living easy. The neighbors became our livelong friends. If we needed to move back to Eureka we would move here in a heartbeat.

The management team at this complex are very professional and helped me in every way. I sold a house last minute and they were able to get me into a apartment quickly and without hassle. The property is very nice and the floor plan worked for my needs. The proximity to shopping was nice and walking distance to restaurants. Being so close to a major freeway made city destinations easy and fast. During the summer you see grounds man and maintenance driving around making sure the property is visually pleasing. I lived here for over a year and was able to enjoy every second I was in my apartment. Good

I called to ask about some of the poor reviews, and was met with a very defensive response. I feel that investigating reviews is an important part of finding your new place of residence and should be met with understanding just as I would meat any explanation with understanding. She said “any of our one star reviews are from people who owe us money and are inaccurate. You should read our five star reviews which are much more accurate.” And “why are you concerning yourself with our one star reviews?”

The complex is such a nice peaceful place to live. It has great amenities and is located very close to the highway, grocery stores, and multiple restaurants. The staff here is top notch and professional and are on top of any request you might have. I have no complaints after living here

I have lived at the Legends Terrace Apartments for over 3 years. I absolutely love it here!! My neighbors are great and I feel like part of a community. Any maintenance issue is dealt with quickly and professionally. The office staff knows me by name and are always helpful. I would highly recommend this as a great place to live!!
