RENT SOMETHING ELSE!! This place a train wreck. Me and my mother lived here from oct 2019-oct-2020. When we first applied it took them nearly 4 months to get the apartment “ready” for us. We called every few days and would get no response. No callbacks. We actually had to go there to get any kind of update on our application or our move in date. When we finally received the keys we walked into a apartment that didn’t even have new carpet or even cleaned carpet. The walls weren’t painted. The place was NOT even clean. The new girl running it is rude she acts like she pays for the pool !!!!! If something breaks in the apartments she acts like she has to fix it ..The other lady who is not the boss is nice i like her !she talks like she's human and everyone else is human... But the other manager has a big chip on her shoulder......

The journey all started when my wife and I decided to put in an application online. I called several times within the next week getting no response and no call back. Finally my wife and I went up to the office. Every time went up there for about the next week the doors were locked and it appeared nobody was there. They also never answered their phones or returned messages. Finally we got in, my wife’s application didn’t show up so we sat there and filled out all the necessary paper work. The phone is automated so when you call it says to leave a message or click this number if you’re a resident in need of an emergent move so if you decide to move here good luck getting a response

Before I moved in, I didn't realize that this is primarily a section 8 complex. Which means that most of the residents don't pay their rent, they are on welfare and/ or disability and the state pays most if not all. There is so much illegal activity, primarily drugs, domestic disputes on a daily basis. You can inform management of exactly who is doing, you witness it everyday right on your doorstep. The police are here everyday at the same apartments, for the same tenants doing the same illegal activities. Management still allows these tenants to stay. Don't want to lose the guaranteed

This apartment complex is a joke!! They don't deserve a single star! And their apartments are disgusting!!!! I have a ton of before and after pictures of the apartment I resided in. They had air fresheners stuck in the vents the day I moved in. They not only paint the walls, but they paint the light / outlet covers and a good portion of the carpet. You may also be missing some base board too. They moved me into an apartment that had BLACK MOLD growing in the coat closet and the master bathroom! I reported this in April and it took them till July to address the issue and cut out a portion of the

This place is made of wax paper! Not to mention the neighbors are rude! They will stand outside your door or window at anytime of day or night parting, yelling and carrying on. The best part is no one cares because it's government housing! I have had a person try to follow my family into our apartment, I've seen drug deals in the parking lot and I'm constantly looking over my shoulder. If you are single and a party animal these are the apartments for you. If you have a family or just enjoy feeling safe if look else where.
