Hi, I'm Mike Louden, owner of Oasis Home Inspections. I have been in the building industry since 1990 as a residential electrician, and began inspecting homes professionally in 2014. Working with Mike was a great experience. The home I just had him do inspection and 4 point / wind Mitigation was a private sale. I had no realtor to schedule Inspection or arrange with seller- Mike made the process so easy. He took care of scheduling with seller with a time that worked with me. Mike has been a pleasure to work with. We are out of town buyers and he took the time to explain things to my father and our realtor so they could relay important information to us.
