Wow, this guy is either incompetent, or just plain lazy. Used him for a home inspection back in 2017 when I purchased my home in satellite beach. I ended up spending tens of thousands of dollars on repairs and improvements, and just recently sold the home. Turns out I had to give tens of thousands as a buyers credit for inspection items that were existing when I bought the home, but were not called out by Kris Militano at the time. Kris does a great job. Every house has little issues but that should not stand in the way of buying a house. If you stressed about the "to-do-list" on a house, you would never buy one. I'm not saying he overlooks anything but he doesn't make a mountain out of a molehill which is important.
