Our website allows homeowners to easily track their inspection requests and download their reports whenever they need to. I hired My Safe Home Inspection to do a wind-mitigation inspection and I have to tell you I am very picky about everything and I will never hire anyone else! Gregory was great...clean, informative, punctual and on time. He walked me through the inspection because I was curious. He was so thorough and helpful in every aspect of the inspection. I would hire this company again in a second because of his help.

We had a appt scheduled for 9am with Brandon. At 8:15am he calls me to confirm the appt. ( I had already confirmed the appointment in a phone call the previous night.) I didn’t see the message until 8:30am so I called back at that time and left a message on his cell phone. Around 9:15am the representative calls to let me know he came to my house at 8:15. Since I didn’t answer he moved on to the next house. I thought that was odd since neither of my dogs made a sound and his voicemail said he was confirming. So I checked all of the cameras. I do not give referrals unless well deserved.. I have now worked with this company on several occasions at this point (for both my and my moms transactions).. It is hard enough buying a house, let alone making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do without having to stand over them and making sure it's getting done. My Safe Home Inspections works with reputable trades, ie.. Survey, Insurance, etc.. companies.. They have excellent customer service and follow up. My Safe Home Inspection is great! Matt is very knowledgeable and straight forward with his services and recommendations. I've used him twice now and have been very impressed. He sends you a lengthy and detailed page pdf of the inspection.

This is an unsolicited commendation for the terrific service provided by My Safe Home Inspection. I selected this company from several suggested by my insurance broker, and I am very happy with the outcome. It was not all a bed of roses for me, as the initial inspection turned up some disturbing deficiencies in roofing, roof-to-wall connection, and opening protection. However, their staff carefully explained their findings and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to maximize available credits in these categories. I was referred to My Safe Home Inspection by my insurance agent. I found the company to be very friendly and professional. After my information was given (name , address, phone number) my appointment was immediately scheduled for the very next day. The inspector was on time and after the inspection, he explained everything he had found with me. He also told me some things I could do to help me save even more money on my homeowner's insurance. After the insurance company looked at my report, I am now saving almost $800.00 per year on my insurance.
