If I could give it 0 stars I would! They have a ROACH INFESTATION, lied and said they sent pest control over before I moved in. Pest control came ONCE! The apartment was not clean upon moving in, our restrooms reeked of the smell of urine. AMANDA AND MISTY ARE HORRIBLE! The maintenance stole merchandise from us! Just don’t move here!

I’m a retired veteran and I went to my daughters new apartment at (The Vintage at College Station) and it was infested with roaches! My daughter was told that they would spray before she moved in but they didn’t! Why’ll moving in she saw many roaches and went to the management and was told they would send pest control but they haven’t yet! I wish my daughter never signed a 1 year lease with this place.

I hadn’t even had a chance to rent and the leasing staff filled the unit without my knowledge. They withheld information from me and the current tenant about the state of their unit and this other person’s application. If anything I’m thankful that they’ve shown me their priorities before getting stuck in a lease.

One of the worst places I have ever lived at. I have made multiple complaints about my neighbors doing things that they aren’t supposed to be doing and nothing has been done. I’ve had a hole in my ceiling for nearly 3 weeks and nothing has been done about that. But they make sure to send rent is due on the first notifications. The community director is nice and the only reason why I gave 2 stars.

I have been on hold for over 7 minutes waiting for the number and name of this management company and nobody in the office seem to know what it is. I have mold growing in my walls and NEED someone out here ASAP!!
Misty and Amanda are HORRIBLE! No sense of customer service or knowledge about what it takes to be in the business. If they do not want to help the residents then they should look for another job that best suits their dry personality

Worst first apartment ever. The first manager was nice and understanding. Now we have new owners who only care about ripping people off. They have us fix everything on our own now. Change method of paying which is more difficult and I don’t trust it. Many of the people here are leaving cause no likes the new owners. The changes they brought show they don’t care about their residents but making money instead. Our roof has been leaking for a month but they won’t fix it. I told them it will soon fall apart but all they do is take pictures of the problem. And they still make you pay full price
