I rented In Patiohouse 3 for almost a year and a half and I absolutely loved it. Claus and Claus has been this complex and the units are great. You’ll love the neighborhood. It’s very walkable and close to everything you need. Ms. Heidi and Mrs. Kay are great to work with and they get maintenance done quickly. Highly recommend!

Been renting with C&C for at least 3 years now and life has been good. Good price for a beautiful, quiet , clean, and safe place next to LSU. All my visitors remark about how nice the condo is, especially the huge windows. The staff is very friendly and equally helpful. I strongly recommend renting with C&C.

I lived at Patio House 2 for a little bit less than a year. I got a job in New Orleans, and they were very accommodating. They allowed me to end my lease early if someone else would take over the apartment, and then they actually marketed the apartment for me and found someone. The apartment felt new because of the recent renovations and was a great price for the area, especially considering how well kept it is.
