The management and maintenance people are helpful and friendly. They don't really get into your business either. I think my main complaint would be that some of my fellow residents don't take the agreements they sign, especially those about pets, very seriously but I've encountered the same problems every place I've been in that regard. Just don't understand how a cat owner can't clean their litter box out and how a dog owner won't pick up after their pet that they claim to love so much. Anyway, as far as a apartment complexes go it's a pretty nice place to live and it's pretty well taken care

The location is very convenient, however the apartment as a whole is unpleasant. The apartments are extremely over priced, considering how cheaply they all were built. Management is very rude. If you have any sort of “violation” they are very passive aggressive with notifying you. They will silently leave a note on your door threatening to evict you within 24 hours if a simple issue is not corrected, which can be an issue if you are not one to leave the apartment every single day and not see their notes. They are extremely quick to charge you expensive fees, no first time warnings, or understanding

I have lived here going on 5 years. I haven't had any major complaints or problems. If I have a maintenance problem they quickly remedy it and are very kind and respectful. I haven't had problems with office staff or management, very sweet to me. I love that it is smoke free, they have been very good at keeping it that way. I like living here😊

You will be lucky if you find a parking spot after 4:30p. Security is a huge issue or should I say the lack thereof. Management or corporate also could care less about your complaints. Expect to feel like you are living in subsidized housing based off the tenants they allow to rent here. My suggestion, go a few miles north into Tulsa and rent from complexes there.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! Love that they have pavilions with grills, basketball court, Nice luxury pool, free tanning and fitness room, and I LOVE that they have dog parks for my fur baby. Staff was more than amazing during the move in process and throughout living here!!!!! Love that Walmart is close and other shopping areas and fast food places. Very convenient place to live. YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Grandview Heights is excellent in so many areas. I looked at so many apartments in person and on line to find everything I wanted in my new place. When I went to Grandview and was greeted by Beverly and then saw the apartment that I could rent I knew this was the place for me. Beverly is so responsive and caring and just a great person and anything I need is taken care of just by telling Beverly. Beverly is just the best and she makes me feel at home. Cody is the assistant manager and she too is very friendly and caring. I have been here for 2 weeks but I LOVE IT HERE! Everyone from the office
