Lived here for over five years and had my fair share of ups and downs at these apartments. But wanted to leave a review for at least their maintenance dude Robert! He helped get me a new fridge at 8:30 at night in an hour. I live on the second floor and he did it alone with a good attitude and fast. If you at least want something done right ask for him. He’s the guy.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but my final experience with this place pushed me to it. We spent hours cleaning our already decently cleaned apartment before turning the keys in, but we were still hit with a cleaning fee. I paid the balance, but asked for an explanation of the charges. A number of issues were listed off from their move our photos, which I know were not accurate. I was accused of leaving trash and hangers in the apartment, they said the floors had not been cleaned, fridge had a spill and walls were filthy. None of that is true. That place was cleaner when we moved out than

Don’t move here. The rent is cheap but that’s about it. They will charge you out of your hard earned money for any and every single thing they can. Your neighbors smoke gas? They will put a note on your door about charging you $200. If they have construction in the parking lot and you don’t move your car in the short time frame they give you notice, they will charge you $50-$100 to tow it across the parking lot lmao. Save your time and your money by not applying here💀

Salina in the office and Josh in maintenance are amazing, I was having issues with poor communication between other mangers and other maintenance, but they really listened to my issues and fixed them immediately , they were both so kind and nice and really cared. They have changed my whole perspective and attitude. So glad to have these people here and on my team.
