Services
This 266-unit, mid-rise building has a podium-style ground floor housing resident parking and live/work units. The units and common areas feature high-end functional finishes such as quartz counters, tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, stainless steel appliances, and oversized windows providing large amounts of natural light with views of the river.
Harbor Annex residents will enjoy a premium condominium style environment in a secure key fob-access building. Resident parking will require an electronic fob while entering through an overhead gate. This same fob will provide residents with access to bike lockers, a fitness center, common areas, and elevators.
The managers for Atlas Management go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are safe and comfortable. They were very efficient with the application process and I was able to move within a week of viewing the property. I love the Atlas team! They were originally my property manager in Bend, and when my new landlord in Portland needed a property management recommendation, I was quick to refer these guys.

Unhelpful and unprofessional property management agency. I moved into their brand new building on Aug 27, and within a month, my road bike was stolen from the “secure” bike storage room that only a handful of tenants had keys to. Someone professionally cut the lock, and despite having security camera footage, Atlas has taken over 2 months to review it, and refuse to share it with me for “privacy concerns”. I’ve had to follow up every week for a status update on this. In addition, they are taking zero responsibility and refuse to make the situation right. They keep saying I should contact

You have to call 5 times a day to sometimes get to someone, they say they'll call you back and they never do. We applied to a property, heard nothing from them for almost 2 weeks while we called and emailed, all ignored. When we finally got someone, our application was lost, the property was suddenly not available until a month after originally listed, and despite them losing our information and not knowing who we were for several days, we were still told that application fees were non refundable and then we were promptly ignored again, none of our calls or emails have been returned ever since

They are the worst management company ever.
I moved into some apartments in Milwaukie that was taken over by Atlas. There were a few other smaller issues but I have 2 big complaints.
First they threatened me and the rest of my complex to sign an amendment to take our assigned parking away and if we didn't they would tow our cars. Per our lease agreement we paid for those spots and the complex could reassign if they wanted but it would still be our parking spot. I fought with them, showed them the lease and stood my ground. On the last day of their threat they backed down. Was told they talked

Absolutely horrible service, fail to upkeep their properties, everyone likes to blame everyone else and no one seems to be in charge. If you can, avoid them.
I will give examples. It took a month of requests for them to finally hire yard maintenance this year. All of the appliances are early 90's and broken, but they refuse to replace them because "It would cost to much." When we moved in we noticed that All of the blinds were broken but the maintenance guy said that management wouldn't do anything about that. You can never get anyone on the phone. Critical: Professionalism
We went to view a property from Atlas they wanted us to sign papers before even seeing the house. They accepted our applications but then denied us later when we saw the property and wanted the water leak over the electrical breaker box in the basement. Very sketchy company would not recommend.

Atlas and Denise Jensen’s property management and customer service is top knotch. This is our second year with Atlas and Denise has made it the most streamlined and stress free experience we could ever hope for.
Sometimes using real estate as an investment makes you wonder why isn’t everyone else doing this? Well I can tell you a very common sentiment is that many people are deeply afraid of property management going awry and causing unimaginable problems. There are plenty of horror stories online to pair with this sentiment. Atlas is not in this category.

I would recommend Brandi Faist to anyone seeking out a commercial real estate agent.
This has been a very easy process for me, because of Brandi’s effort and tenaciousness. It was my first time leasing a commercial space, I found most agents didn’t even return my phone calls.

My wife and I just recently moved to Oregon and can't say enough great things about Atlas Management. These apartment are beautiful and fully equipped with all appliances. JC the Portfolio Management is an amazing and caring person always answers questions and handles any issues promptly. Truly loving our experience in Oregon and our beautiful apartment.

I was renting an apartment from them until Jan. 2019, moved out in the middle of the month and they said they would take 1/2 month rent and call it good. Nope! LOL! I got a letter yesterday that said I owe for the whole month of Jan. (plus fees) and the issue has been forwarded to a collection agency! $677.50! Cripes I wish these 'agencies' would do better than this!
