We have enjoyed a working relationship with North Star Property Management since 2016. We interact with them throughout the year to provide irrigation maintenance and seasonal services to our mutual clients. They demonstrate their integrity and have been a great client for us! Anaiah, and the whole North Star team, were responsive and professional from the first phone call to the final details of getting a tenant settled. With any owner/tenant situation, there are little hiccups along the way, but Anaiah was quick to respond and get the right person to make the necessary adjustments to insure I, and the tenant, was satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the speed that a tenant was found, vetted, and settled into my property as well as how smoothly the whole process went.

I’m thrilled with how quickly North Star was able to lease out my property. They did a great job of coordinating the timing with the exiting tenant and getting the new tenant moved in with only a couple weeks of vacancy. I want to especially thank Bridget and Alli for working on and executing the lease so quickly and Claire for making sure the property was ready for the next tenant. It is so nice that I am able to be very hands off and know that North Star will take care of my property and my tenants. I look forward to working with North Star for many years.

Of all the property management companies in Bend Ive worked with, North Star Properties is by far the best. Claire Parshall the maintenance coordinator takes every request as a priority for her tenants. Her respectfully and professionalism makes them stand above other management companies in town. North Star represents very nice properties and takes care of them and their tenants. I always recommend.
