This can be in person with one of our leasing agents, by virtual tour over the phone with a leasing agent, or by a self-guided tour (on select properties only). Our staff is knowledgable in property values, local neighborhoods, and rental markets to advise you on appropriate rental fees for your property. We are thoroughly trained in the inspection of every kind of investment property, from single family homes to condominiums. Your home must be left in a professionally cleaned condition. Your Property Manager prefers to arrange this cleaning to insure that the cleaning guidelines are strictly followed. The carpets must be professionally cleaned and all debris and personal belongings removed from the house. It is not necessary to paint, but you should consider painting any room that has dirty or marred walls.

Does not seem possible, but we have been using Mainlander for Eighteen Years! They are professional, we get quick responses if we have a question or any type of problem which needs to be resolved, and we have found them to be respectful and nice to work with. We have dealt with Sue most of those years, and appreciate doing business with her, which I think implies they also must be a good company to work for. Thank you.

Maxx Bell, my property manager at Mainlander, takes care of my rental properties as if they were his own. He is responsive to all of my many questions. If a tenant needs something, Mainlander is on it, and I know about it, and we solve the problem together. I have been with Mainlander for nearly thirteen years. They rock. You won't go wrong trusting them with your investment. My tenants are happy. When a tenant moves on, Mainlander finds another quality tenant, with a signed lease, with zero vacancy time. What more would a landlord or tenant want?

Mainlander has managed my rental since 2008 and have been great. I used a property management company when I had a rental in Seattle. . Mainlander has been so much better. Better tenants, a good pool of companies for repairs and being able to offer reasonable and fair solutions to problems that arise.
