Blocked toilets occur when there is an obstruction physically blocking the system from flushing. To fix a blocked toilet, flush it and use a toilet plunger to plunge through the blockage.
We understand the hassle involved with collecting rent checks and making sure tenants pay on time. To simplify, we've created digital portals for tenants to easily make rent payments online. Our marketing team will make sure your property is being seen by as many people online as possible. Prospective tenants can easily request a showing for a property through our listings.
Security deposits are security against the owner sustaining a loss due to damage, unpaid rent, etc. by the tenant(s). We document the condition of the property with an inspection program prior to your move in which allows us to take unlimited pictures of the property prior to move in. This protects you as well as the owner.

I have really enjoyed working with both Bill and Sharon. Both are very professional and kind. The apartment is very nice and in great shape. But Bill has always been quick to respond when issues do arise. I moved in the middle of 2017 and have been very happy with my decision. This is a property management company you can really count on caring about you.

Bill & Eagle Property Mgmt were the nicest people to rent from! We rented our house for a year before we learned the owners wanted to sell it. We called Bill, who was so wonderful about getting us in touch with the owners so we could make an offer on the house (spoiler alert: we did; and we bought the house!). It always felt like we were renting from real humans and not just some corporate business where they didn't care about anything except getting rent money from us. If we had a problem, we could always call Bill directly, and there were times he even came by the house to inspect repairs for

We have been tenants of Eagle property management for almost 4 years, we have had a delightful experience with Bill and his team. Bill has been very attentive, responsive, professional, and pro-tenant! We have been tenants of a property managed by Bill at Eagles Property for the last 7 years (going on 8). That should speak volumes about our choice to continue renting at the same location (both about the property itself as well as the managing agents). He was helpful in explaining the rental application process and was willing to work with me with the move in date. Aside from being helpful and responsive, I haven't been affected at all by his presence as a property manager, which is what I want in a property manager.

We decided to rent our Portland home last year when we moved out of state. We largely based our decision to go with Eagle Property management based on positive reviews. We have had a positive experience with Eagle Property group. It took about 1 month to find renters for our home. Bill made the whole process very easy for us. The house appears to be well cared for. There have been a few repairs that have been handled in a timely manner for the tenants at a fair cost to us. Bill has been responsive and professional to work with. Based on our experience we would recommend Eagle Property.

It's hard to describe the improvements to our living spaces both inside and outside since Eagle took over the property we're renting. New siding, nicer gutters and drainage, new water heaters, and a far more personable attitude toward tenant communications are just the tip of the iceberg.
I've had more than one situation that was my fault, but they fixed it immediately and with a smile. I always get an email from them before an appointment and I've never felt 'let down' in my dealings with Eagle.
