This apartment should be at the bottom of your list, if you absolutely can’t find anything else in Charlotte, then this would be your go to. The management team is nice however the living is not as nice. When I first moved and saw the home the shower rod literally was falling off the wall and all they did was paint over it, the walls and floors are so thin you hear any and everything your neighbors have going on , from the kids crying, them taking a shower, them flushing the toilet, just anything! I hate how they got their packaging in one room and it gets so disorganized and messy you can barley

I’ve lived here almost a whole year, based on my experience, I would advise to look elsewhere… packages are stolen out of the mailroom, the mailroom door is supposed to be locked with password entry; half the time it’s open, anyone can walk in and steal your packages… you pay for valet trash, majority of the time your trash is not picked up and you’re still charged for it, the trash compactor never works. Their are GIANT ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Parking is a joke, they contracted with a bogus parking service that boots your card even when you have a permit. I had a package delivered to my

Been in this community 2 years and I really loved living here. Really did. But it's really foul what they've done with the parking. How they partnered with a towing company and created little to no visitors spots. Basically a money hungry set up. On top of the fact that they're constantly having maintenance come in and do "inspections" and only giving residents ONE DAY NOTICE. Extremely inconvenient on top of the fact that we are still in a pandemic!! Ridiculous. I miss how things used to be but needless to say I will not be renewing my lease.

This property is not managed well. There is always trash issuers every week. There is no where to park especially if you have a visitor. Residence occupy the visitor spots. They will boot your car for lack of visitor spots. There are four visitor spots for an entire building. I would not recommend this complex.

Hardly any visitor parking, your visitors will get booted and charged $140-160 to come take it off. They never answer your emails, grills are broken and charcoal grills are full of ash. The dog park is completely run down, the package room door has been broke for a while and anyone can walk in. They also have ridiculous random fees. I would avoid renting here.

Former resident and i can only say WOW dont sign up here please for your sake and sanity dont sign up. this is the only place i have ever renewed with and when i say its been a head ache i mean a really bad head ache that you will pay for in the end. your one year lease isnt technically a one year lease because you will be charged month to month even if you dont live there anymore. the neighbors are rowdy and the "smoke free" environment isnt so smoke free. try coming in your apartment every day to the smell of weed and bringing your family over to now having a long talk that its not you. the two

I applied to this apartment on January 19, 2021. My application came back as conditional. I then received a call from the front office, after confirmation of my wages, I was advised my application was approved. I did not speak with anyone again until the Friday (2/12/2021) before I was scheduled to move in, which was that next Monday (2/15/2021). I was not advised of all the charges I needed for move in until 3 days before I was suppose to move in. I was even told that my welcome letter with all the charges was suppose to have went out in January but never did. When I tried to get assistance on

Unaddressed maintenance request. always have to make complaint in order for action to take place. have had a continuous leak under my sink for a week now and no response. I've had to place a bucket under my… sink. and now have water damage. also packages are not being scanned so there you are not aware you have packages and because of this 2 of my packages were stolen. this is ongoing issue.

I did like it at first, but now they have been charging us for amenities that have not been opened since March. Regardless of COVID19, the governor has said it is okay to open parks and pools and yet this complex still hasn’t opened them or given any sign of when they will be reopened. The communication is terrible and management is very unhelpful.

Moved in end of August & the girl in the leasing office didn’t know what she was talking about. We moved from Florida to here & she said one thing one day & something else the next. The manager when speaking with her of course backed up her employee. There was not a single apology extended for the inconveniences we experienced upon moving in. The… apartment we don’t have many complaints the size & layout we love along with the wood burning fireplace. However I have called & emailed in regarding the noise from my next door neighbor & downstairs neighbor

The office staff are AMAZING! Maria Gonzalez especially has been extremely helpful throughout my entire stay here. If you decide to come visit this complex MAKE SURE YOU SEE HER, you absolutely will not be disappointed. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend her and this property to anyone who is looking for a safe, cost efficient, and beautiful apartment to live in!
