I’ve been living here for about a year now and have never had to put in a maintenance request before, but yesterday my water heater went out so I had to call the office and ask maintenance to come. Carina was kind and said she’d sent maintenance right over. The maintenance guy came within a few minutes and was able to fix it same day. He was very professional and friendly, and it made me love living here even more! Thanks McKay and Carina!

Absolutely love living here! Carina the property manager has been so helpful and attentive to my needs during my stay here! Also the maintenance guy, McKay? I think that’s his name. He was so quick to respond to my work orders and he was also super friendly towards me and my pets! My cats and I adore him! Beautiful property, thanks for everything you guys do!!

I love where we live!!! My son & I have lived here for almost 7 years & have loved it. We have made wonderful memories here & I have always felt so safe. It is super kid & dog friendly!!! I love the staff as well!! Kassie, Linda, & McKay work so well together & try their best to make this a beautiful & safe place for us to live! I have been so impressed with their ability to run things professionally & still have that personal feel! I don’t feel like just another number. They care about their residents & it really shows. I feel so grateful that we get to live here! I would definitely recommend
