My family has been living here while my husband works on his degree at USU. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. The homes are comfortable and so much better than sharing a wall with a neighbor.
Just watch out at moving time... they are sticklers for tiny details. You probably wont get any of your deposit back.

Awesome place to live! My wife and I lived here while I finished my masters degree at USU. The neighbors are very friendly. Management is really nice and easy to work with. To top it all off, the entire neighborhood is emaculately maintained. They have strict rules, but if you enjoy living in a nice, clean, friendly neighborhood, this is the place to be. I have no complaints about routine checks/maintenance. It was nice knowing management was constantly taking care of our home. I would highly reccommend the springs to anyone!
