Horrible experience with the lady in the office. Don't even waste your time. Just as run down as it looks... Forget about inquiring about availability - She would rather sell you on an airbnb than talk about their own units. Better yet, a simple 'no availability' would have sufficed. I'll be better off than having to deal with that every month anyway. Yikes..

Worst apartments ever the lady's in the apartments office are very rude they have Crack heads in the back of the apartment... beds dressers on the side of the garbage.. yep they have roaches as well the electrical wires in these apartments are horrible. They need to shut these apartments down but instead they will not fix anything and continue to move people in.... they have black mold in all in the apartments..... they will just paint over it when people move in...

This is the worst apartment in Natomas. The office staff and management has very poor business ethics and are great at violating legal laws. There are also some sick "legally protected" birds that die a dime a dozen and the management does nothing about the removal of the dead or live birds. The house centipedes were also an issue. These apartments are just way too unsanitary and unhealthy.
