Very happy I found these apartments. Centrally located and less than 2 minutes to freeways. Being next to the river makes it easy to have nature walks or bike rides. Neighbors are friendly and the property is kept very tidy and clean. I was looking for a new home because I moved down here for a job opportunity. I passed Century Plaza when apartment shopping and man was I sold. Michelle the property manager made my wife and I feel as if it was our home already. I just moved here a few weeks ago and so far have nothing but a great experience. I looked at many places before finally deciding on Century Plaza, and honestly I can say nothing compares. The apartments have been really nicely renovated, everything done tastefully, not to mention the grounds/gardens are kept in top shape. Management always make themselves available to answer any questions and have helped make my move in process seamless. I think the best part about this complex, is that it's downtown, without all the craziness of being downtown. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was looking for a nice apartment downtown. After looking at many run-down places I finally found Century Plaza Apartments. These apartments are walking distance from everything, newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, and are very quiet. I love how large my balcony is! I’ve never seen an apartment complex with such big balconies and such a great price! Great place to live! Have been at this location for 2 years. Central location, quiet part of the downtown, and still close to everything. Secure location & gated entry gives peace of mind when leaving for vacations. And can’t praise

Century Plaza is one of the best places to live in Downtown Sacramento. This is my second time living here and I love it. Great area as well as nice places to eat. It’s in perfect walking distance from K street or the Golden 1 Center as well as light rail across the street taking you wherever you need to go. It was well-maintained and in an amazing location. It's walking distance from pretty much all the bars/restaurants in downtown. Management always took great care of us and we never had to wait more than a day for work orders to be completed. I’ve only lived here at Century Plaza for 6 months but overall I've had the best experience living here. They are just so friendly and genuine when I walked in every time. Any little issue I had to get fixed they were on it real quick. I recommend anyone who’s looking for apartments. To check them out. have never lived in an apartment that feels so much like home. There is a sense of community here and that's hard to find. The place is kept very clean, maintenance is quick to respond to any work orders and the office staff are always going above and beyond for residents. The location is perfect

I’ve lived here with my girlfriend for the past 6 months and I have nothing but praise for Michelle and her team. You can tell they really care about this property and they treat you like family. The pool is always clean (not over chlorinated like most others are), the lobby is secure yet inviting, and the location is unbeatable! If you want to live near parks, fitness centers, and grocery stores then Century Plaza is the perfect place for you!

I have been living at Century Plaza for 2 years and this is the longest lease I have had and chosen to renew. I firmly believe that this apartment complex is a gem for Sacramento. If you are a student or resident, this location is perfect. All the major hospitals and universities as well as freeways are conveniently located nearby. A bike ride or Uber will take you to Golden 1 center, R street, and many hole in the wall restaurants that have opened up recently. All the neighbors are very kind, respectful, and courteous to sharing common spaces such as the parking garage. My unit faces the freeway

Honestly can't begin to describe what a pleasure it is to live here. I've lived here for a little over a year and a half and it has gotten better each and every day. The apartments are exceptionally large compared to most others in the grid and they are constantly being renovated and updated, with new flooring and appliances. But honestly, the thing that really keeps me here is the building manager, Michelle. I lived here for a year in a studio apartment. My place was old and run down. I went in some of the other apartments and they were much nicer. Pay extra for the basement parking because it is much safer and your auto won't' get vandalized. They raised the rent because of the new stadium with I never went to. It is a dangerous area and not safe at night and just a little safer at daytime.
