Fremont Mews has been a great place to live. I'm about to move closer to where my daughter lives. If that were not the case I would stay even longer. The apartments are nice and the owners together with the property management staff do a tremendous job maintaining the buildings and grounds. The location is perfect for all age groups. Fun for all within walking distance. My neighbors have been fantastic. A great group of people that love to chat and go have beers or in the morning coffee. The property is also very pet friendly. My dog and I will miss all the friends we have made here. I really

Riley Robinson is EXTREMELY rude. He manages by bullying and intimidation. He issues lease violations to tenants for issues that are not supported by the lease and/or house rules, but his own personal beliefs and opinion. He issued a 60 day notice to terminate tenancy for no cause, refused to meet, and/or discuss the reason for it. When a formal complaint was made to FPIs corporate office, he then served a 3 day notice to quit out of retaliation, and said it was “due to Fair Housing”.
Riley and FPI Management in general consistently take advantage of tenants lack of knowledge and illegally

****UPDATE***** Today I arrived in my apartment to find that management entered although I told them that they did not have permission to enter my unit without me being present. I have said in writing plenty of times and especially due to our current pandemic, that I did not want any more vendors in my apartment because that's putting myself and baby at risk. Management decided to trespass and not only bring himself but also bring a vendor into my apartment despite my safety concerns. I brought this incident to his attention many months ago and he chose to ignore it, but he is now abusing

Update:
I've been a long term tenant at FM, however; throughout the years there have been many managers, but know one like our current manager... FM is a great place to live and has great amenities when they function correctly. In September I down sized from a two bedroom to a one bedroom, there were many problems that took over two months to repair. But, the biggest issue I had to deal with was a non-working heating & a/c system. I spent money on portable heaters and fans, just to stay comfortable in my unit. This was such a terrible experience, extremely hot in my unit up to 88 degrees

Riley was extremely helpful and accommodating during the application process. He went out of his way and took a good chunk of time to help me.

HORRIBLE response time to emergencies. Six residents have been contacting management for six hours to get their plumbing fixed and there has been NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Last time there was a plumbing problem they said, "get a plunger" like it was our problem. Unfortunately,, it's just not that simple when you live in an apartment complex. We have someone else's dirty dishwasher water in our kitchen sink and it's been that way ALL day long. This is completely unsatisfactory! No response, no ETA for fixing it, zero communication.

I can't say enough about the location of this place. I've been living here a year and the fact that I can walk out my door and have access to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and parks has made it the ideal spot.

The staff has been very accommodating as well. I got a new dog while living here and they made the whole process of amending my lease smooth and simple.

The actual units themselves have nice decks with enough space for two chairs with footrests and a table, a washer and dryer in the unit (a must for me), plenty of space and great floor-to-ceilng windows that keep the

I highly recommend Fremont Mews. It's in a prime location with walkability to pretty much everything. If you're looking to move to Midtown, this is the place to be. Walking distance to the best restaurants and parks. Management is always open & happy to help. I give this place 5+ stars.

Fremont Mews is a great location for a young adult (25 yrs old) living in Sacramento. I receive compliments from friends on how spacious the apartment is and how close it is to restaurants and bars. I love the fact that I have a washer and dryer in my unit. Fremont Mews is 2 blocks from the state capital park which is convenient for when I want to go running at night.

My kitchen's (bar-like) set up is great for entertaining guests. I can cook and entertain guest at the same time. Fremont Mews apartments is close to the light rail which is convenient for going to work or running errands. The

Many reasons why I enjoy living here. First, they are visually appealing, nice updated and modern apartments with vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, big spacious bathroom, and decently sized private patio. Dog friendly was a must, and this place is. Garage parking is costly, but that is consistent among all apartments in the area that offers on-site parking, and this one is nice because it's a subterranean garage immediately below the apartments, with an elevator and staircases to get out.
The biggest reason why I love this place is because of the fantastic walk score

The property owners decided to let Sacramento City take over the garage for the apartments only the revenue/the payment. Fremont Mews made their own parking lot rules meaning if you are handicapped you have to pay a large sum of money BUT No assigned parking. Fremont Mews is not wheelchair friendly Fremont Mews is not disabled or handicapped friendly please take this into consideration before renting an apartment.

Absolutely THE BEST apartment I have ever lived in. Honestly have never experienced the issues that others have here. The office was friendly, maintenance was timely and fixed any problems we ever had. In my opinion it's the best location in midtown. We had views of Fremont Park, steps away from Hot Italian, Shady Lady, Burgers and Brew, R15 and much more. It's hot in the summer, but it's Sacramento...AC always worked and cooled the place quickly. We lived in a corner unit that had an awesome layout. Highly, Highly recommended. We only left because we purchased a home.

Stopped in, without an appointment, to look at an apartment. Christina, the Community Director, was both professional and friendly. She took the time to show me the model unit, and the parking spaces that she had available. It was closing time, but she never rushed me. She is an asset to the Fremont Mews Apartments in Midtown.

If you are looking for a place that provides a good location, but you don't mind paying overpriced rent and being uncomfortable 9 months out of the year due to poor air conditioning (lack of interest from upper management to help remedy the situation) then move to Fremont mews where your basic comfort needs won't be met due to greed and out of touch, cheap management. I have been a resident for over 3 years, where there has been a turnover of four managers during that time so consistency and rapport have been minimal. I moved from a bottom studio to the top floor after a first year of

What a fantastic place to live. I have been here 3-4 months and I couldn't be happier. The women who work on site are on top of it. Maintenance requests are usually done within the hour, apartments are super nice for downtown. New, washer/dryer, dishwasher, nice size balcony, big bedroom closet, very spacious bathrooms! If you are thinking of looking at these DO IT! They are also in a great location. You can walk to so many restaurants and bars, there is a park across the street, a community garden on the grounds, garage parking if you pay for it, Naked lounge coffee across the street

To be honest, I went to look at this apartment complex about 2 years ago and wasn't all that interested, Only because of the manager, She was very unorganised and not all that helpful. The apartments are amazing but I really didn't want to spend that much without knowing if management was capable of being professional once I signed a lease. I came back for a second chance after learning about their upgrades and new management. I am very impressed! The leasing agent took her time showing me all of their apartments they had to show and was very honest with me, answering all of my questions

Since I spend a fair amount of time visiting California, I decided that I should get a place to stay when I'm in town. I wanted something urban and modern, since it would offer a nice contrast to the small, rural town I call home. This place wasn't it.

I only toured the Fremont Mews, so I can't speak for issues like daily management relations, noise from neighbors, etc. What I can say, though, is that this place doesn't feel worthy of the high price tag.

Walking into the main apartment area, I instantly felt like I was back at college in Chicago. The hallways have a
