WARNING- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This is the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. I was suppose to move into my apartment back in July. When that time came I was told my apartment was not ready and this continued on for the next 3 months. I was promised that my apartment would have new appliances to make up for the time I had to wait and finally after waiting for about 3 months I was told the apartment was ready but when I actually was able to see the apartment it looked a hot mess and everything was not new as promised. I was highly upset and extremely disappointed

Worst place to live ever. When I moved in there was still roach cans everywhere in the apartment. There was still mold in one of the bathrooms. One toilet didn’t work or shower head. There was also a rat living in there that I was never able to catch. It’s disgusting. The cabinets are all old and outdated.The microwave broke a day later and they didn’t come fix it for months. Who ever the owner is is completely trash and needs to be better at running this complex. Especially for the kind of rent he/she charges.

This by far is the worst apartment home that i have ever dealt with. The rent is way to high for the poor value of service being received not to mention the apartments aren't up to date. It looks like something from the 70's in here The property manger Ginger has no customer service once so ever. I went to the office during office hours just to pay my rent (early at that) and she just sat in the office with the door locked and the windows open. She doesn't pick up the phone she doesn't put in any effort when it comes to fixing things. It's just sad really. When my lease is up I'm gone.

I just want the owner to comment his information please. Thank you. Not the manager, the owner. Just need more professional maintain staff. I like living here but suffering from cold water for almost a month. Just come replace my whole WATER HEATER !!! Y’all holding on to old stuff that keep causing problems. Spend the $800/$900 already!!!!!!

This complex is a horrible place to live. The staff members are extremely unprofessional. The AC units are constantly going out and the staff members are dismissive and seem to have no sympathy for this issue. The property manager is never available and when you try to contact corporate they will not answer or return phone calls. This complex needs to be under investigation for the way they treat their residents.

The worst complex I’ve ever stayed in my life they don’t fix any problems and then will argue with you are constantly late fixing things (and somethings always wrong in the unit , trust me) and then don’t want to work anything out. I had black mold in my apartment for going on 3 months and each time they came and did nothing DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. New management is very much needed.

You literally have to put in the same work out 3 times & go to office in order for them to fix anything!!! Kids throwing eggs and rocks at my apartment. Can’t even gets a good nights rest because I constantly hear the people who stay above me. I’ve witnessed kids throwing footballs in the middle of the street and hitting my car. I feel unsafe and unhappy here. I work too hard and pay too much rent to stay in a place that I don’t feel happy living.
