If I could give it negative stars…. i would. First of all, when signing with us, we were told about the amenities which were the pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, hot tub, racquetball room, and the gym, park, etc. hot tub, and indoor pool were closed for 8 months of of the 12 of our lease. Racquetball room had been closed for awhile too, and gym was closed for like a month for renovations. The worst part- there is no communication. How are we paying for amenities that are unavailable to us? The least they could do was sending out an email, or give notice of SOME sort that these things were happening

My roommate and I just moved in and there have been a number of issues in just one week. My bath tub was leaking water to the floor, puddles and puddles of it, the outlets outside did not work, the oven did not turn on, the baseboard was missing pieces, and the faucets for the washer were leaking. This week has been horrible because maintenance has to come in and out to work on these issues that should have been worked out PRIOR to our move in. While they have been in here they have left the bedroom door open when they left letting my cat escape the room. Left our back closet on door wide open

This is one of the best places we have ever lived.
The staff is friendly. The maintenance requests are attended to the same day. The property is well landscaped. It’s conveniently located near a nice park and the Cross City Trail. The floorplan is one of the best I’ve ever seen in an apartment, with plenty of windows on different sides of the building allowing for natural light and a nice cross breeze when the windows are open.
The neighborhood/family feel to the community is palpable. They have get togethers in the community space (pre-Covid). Very quiet community. No loud music or partying

Horrible application process. On the Keys website they show apartments available with dates and prices. I applied, paid $80 app fee ($40 per adult) supplied info requested took over 2 weeks to hear anything only to be told the apt I applied for was already rented. Yet another was available for $50 more monthly. Then he runs credit check and says due to "bad credit" I am unable to rent. Yet co-signer has near perfect credit even offered to pay the year in full l and was told no! Keep in mind I'm currently renting with 12 months perfect payment history. The "bad credit" is not based on your score

Indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, volleyball, play scape, walking trails, pond, little garden areas for summer veggies, on site resident police officer, racquetball, cookies and coffee, free WiFi in clubhouse, pool area, community activities, lawns well maintained, people actually use gazebos and picnic areas. Pet and kid friendly. Fast maintenance crew. I like my neighbors. Love the location, very convenient. I feel safe here. Office staff friendly and helpful. Rosemary, in the office, knows everything, and everyone, no strangers here. She's always helpful and friendly. I enjoy living here!
