Crawford Inspections is a locally owned and operated residential inspection company in New Hampshire. The owner, Ben Crawford, has a diverse background in Firefighting, a degree in Fire Science, and experience in various building trades. Originally from Nevada, I moved to New Hampshire with my wife to settle down, purchase a home, and start a family business.
Here at Crawford Inspections, it is my goal to make sure that you understand and are comfortable with every part of the inspection process. You will be provided with a written report within 24 hours, including pictures and descriptions of any concerns found. Radon gas can be dangerous to you and your family if prevalent above certain levels within the home.

Home inspection, Ben was wonderful have a thorough inspection with many details! I have done a few inspections and Ben went above and beyond with checking from foundation to the roof. Any questions that my wife or I had was answered! Highly recommended!

My realtor recommended Ben for inspection of the home I recently purchased and he was wonderful. He was available around my schedule, extremely thorough, took the time to explain things to me on site at the inspection and was promptly available for follow-up questions later in the process. Since I purchased the house I've had multiple trade professionals in the house doing upgrades and all have agreed with Ben's reports of what needs and doesn't need repair.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ben. He’s one of the most friendliest and professional people I’ve worked with. His knowledge and inspection was in depth, and he took as much time as needed to explain what he was doing, and the level of importance certain areas of the home needed care for. His inspection report was very detailed and made me feel at ease with my new home purchase. Highly recommended!!!
