Craig Butler is a true professional. I strongly recommend his outstanding services! In addition to conducting an extremely thorough inspection, he took the time to walk me through key details of the home including water, gas, and electric cut-offs. I would have had a hard time identifying them had he not gone above and beyond to show me. I'm sure his efforts will save me time and money in the future.

He was apply to get all the tests needed done with the best equipment and quickly. Providing a very detailed report but also knows not just how to find and define deficiencies but also because he has a robust build background, he could explain how to resolve. Craig was very professional and extremely thorough. He explained everything in detail as we walked through with him and then he was very detailed in his inspection report. The pictures were clear and he even had arrows pointing to the issues. He emailed the inspection report to us within 24 hours. We highly recommend him.
