Radon is an odorless, colorless gas produced by radioactive decay of the element radium.

We hired David to do a Home Inspection and Water Testing for a home we are purchasing. We are actually purchasing the home, sight unseen (we're in California and buying in New Hampshire), except through the eyes of our realtor and our home inspector's report. The report we received was thorough, accurate, expedious and about half as much as a previous inspector we used. David was so friendly and helpful! NE Home Inspections is amazing! We worked with David and he was prompt, thorough and patient through all our questions. We recieved our home inspection report within 24 hours (it was really like 12 or 16 hours) with photos and details of all the important details of the house. When we requested to do another water test to measure fluoride levels once more, he came to collect a new water sample within just 2 days and did not charge us for his time. Today, he came back out again for one last sample to satisfy our housing lender and did so on short notice. Knows his stuff, provides quality inspection
